The furniture received from the Cotswold Company is great quality. I ordered two Chester wardrobes (white & dove grey) along with two Chester draws, three bedside tables and a lovely linen basket. The wardrobes were assembled by Scott & Vasco two really nice guys who were friendly, professional and polite. They assembled the wardrobes perfectly. The furniture items look fantastic. Great job guys, it was a pleasure meeting you both. Thank you.
I would definitely recommend the Cotswold company for their high quality furniture pieces and efficient and accommodating staff (at all levels).

Made two visits to the store to choose and order bedroom furniture. We were served by Harsha and Charlotte, who were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Plenty of notice regarding arrival time.
Ryan and Bernard were excellent, table was brought through narrow hall with care. Assembly was efficient and quick with minimal disruption. .

Nancy was really knowledgeable & helpful. She showed various alternatives which helped to make the decision easier. The store had a great selection of furniture. There was an early delivery date which was also great.

I'm very pleased with the quality of my sofabed. The delivery was on time and the delivery men were helpful, efficient and polite.
I was not very impressed with having to put the bed assembly into the sofa frame - it was quite difficult and we could have been injured. I think it should come assembled, with less packaging.

Excellent customer service from Harsha who was so patient and helpful in helping us arrive at a decision when we realised our furniture wasn’t quite right. She was flexible, suggested options and then efficiently organised a return/re-order. So grateful.

I am very pleased with my purchase , however the young man who placed my order in my local store did not make it clear that the delivery people would only deliver to the front door, I live in a first floor apartment, am 82 years old and live alone, so as you can imagine I was very concerned

Very friendly and helpful staff. A thoroughly enjoyable shopping experience.

Our delivery team, Craig and Kelly were bright, friendly and efficient. They arrived on time with a warm greeting to me (and my granddaughter). Kelly sized up the position to place the bookcase while Craig removed all the packaging for us. Together they placed the furniture exactly where we wanted it. Finally they demonstrated how I should tailor the shelves and left with a wave. Good ambassadors for Cotswold.

Really pleasant shop to wander around in. Furniture set out in ways that show how it would look in an appropriate space. Really good range of beautiful furniture. Staff were very good explaining the ranges of colours and styles. Service felt personal, and tailored to our needs. Expensive but worth it.

We have purchased a number of items of furniture over the last few months due to a house move and I warmly recommend The Cotswold Company.
We have had a few different delivery teams who have all been really nice. Very chatty and friendly and I have felt comfortable having them in the house with myself and my children.
The most recent delivery was some furniture for my son’s bedroom. Joey and Ant were our delivery guys this time and they were great with my children. My son especially was interested in what they were doing and how his desk was being put together. I have emailed the company directly to commend these staff members as I do think it’s important to appreciate and acknowledge when staff do a good job.
Our local branch is Harpenden and the staff there have always been very helpful and welcoming. Having the local branch has definitely meant we’ve purchased more from the company so I hope they stay open.
All the furniture feels very well made and study. We’re very happy with it all! (I have put the date as today as there have been a few also I hope I wrote the reference number correctly).

Order Number 6589978. Craig and Dean arrived promptly and did an excellent job of unpacking and assembling the dining table. We were shown how to extend the table. They also brought a bureau and placed it where we wanted it. They took all the packaging away and which was very helpful. We would highly recommend The Cotswolds Company. The furniture is of great quality, and the staff at the Harpenden brunch were very helpful.

We had so many problems with our two sofas. The delivery guy damaged a leg installing and ‘mended it’ with a screw so it was at an odd angle. They had to send a third party engineer out to fix it. While waiting for him to come the three seater seat cushions collapsed and hung over the seat base and were very uncomfortable. Th engineer recommended they made new ones which arrived after many weeks. The colour didn’t match the back or the other sofa. In the end we put the old covers on the new cushions.despite Cotswold giving us a refund I wish we had just returned the sofas and bought elsewhere. They remain very uncomfortable and look shabby, not like new sofas should. Very disappointed but can’t afford to buy new ones so will have to put up with them. Certainly wouldn’t buy from them again.
