Excellent service from start to finish.
They were very accommodating regarding delivery dates as I had prior commitments. Installation by Adam and Lee was straightforward who were very friendly and efficient, excellent service.

Excellent customer services
Had read some reviews which gave me slight cause for concern re. delivery time, but contact with customer services on several occasions was excellent and in fact the product was delivered 2 days early (luckily the recipient was in!!)

Hello,
I have had a look into this and can see that it was ordered online. We then provided a delivery date of 10.12.2024. This item does not have a lead time stated online as they are made to order. I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

There was a mix up between us placing…
There was a mix up between us placing our order and what we got delivered. Victoria, was outstanding on sorting out the issue at no extra cost and we were kept up to date through out.
In modern times I feel service is paramount and as I mentioned Victoria went above and beyond. First class service. Would I use this company - 100% I would !!

Great quality furniture and tailored service
The team are very knowledgeable and understand our requirements. They adapt the designs to the space we have and budget. Nothing is too much trouble and they respond quickly, to get the project moving swiftly.

Purchased a number of quality chairs from here at a great price. Was sent some incorrect chairs but when got in touch with them, they arranged a change to the correct chairs very swiftly.

Goods arrived in good time and are of a nice quality. Although one of the castors was broken on the craft unit a replacement was sent out very quickly.
