I had ordered a memorial bench and inscription plaque
The order was completed and sent out within 2 weeks.

Unfortunately the online quote does not mention that the £0.00 for Shipping and Handling may be revised while the subsequently emailed quote claims "Shipping Method Delivery Charge" but does not state what the charge is.
The order confirmation states "Shipping & Handling £0.00" Despite being subsequently advised that Delivery would be another 12%.

Quick response to a missing part - Sent new item out very quick

Ordered a table in December, when order was delivered it was missing the table to. My colleague only informed me in early Jan that we were missing part of the delivery, but Vicky was very helpful and had their stockist send another out, which we received a few days later.

Just ordered some fantastic products at great prices. The customer service was second to none, friendly & super helpful advisors who replied really promptly to emails. It has take a while to finalise what we needed and their support and patience during the process has been great!

Purchased a Vantage office/computer chair. The item was delivered by standard delivery to N. Wales in less than 24 hrs, impressive. The chair was easily assembled and of very good quality, no issues at present.
