Great ... apart from items out of stock
The website was straight forward to use and make a purchase. Unfortunately it didn't hold an accurate stock take so some of the items ordered were not available. This meant that I needed to get in touch with them and sort it out, but this communication wasn't very prompt or responsive. It also meant getting a refund and finding the item elsewhere. Communication about the order and delivery status of the items in stock was good though.

Wooden board for evacuation cot
Took the measurements and helped guide us to what item we needed. Reasonable delivery time frame. Found the item quite difficult to fit so instruction would have been helpful.

Great Customer service
We received a faulty board, but Abi in customer service was amazing! She quickly arranged a free replacement and collection with no hassle at all. The boards themselves are of excellent quality and look absolutely fabulous. Fantastic service and a great product—highly recommend!

Have ordered many times for our childrens day nursery and prices and delivery times are good. Did have an issue with an item arriving damaged and it was solved within a day! Customer service staff are pleasant and efficient. Great range of products too!

We have used Costcutters a number of times over the years for our school desks and chairs. They always keep us updated on the progress of our orders.
Recently we purchased the wrong size of chair and they have arranged for the uplift and re-order of the correct size. Couldn't be more grateful. Thank You Vicky. Would certainly recommend.

Great value and service
We’re delighted with the chairs we ordered from Cost Cutters and they were very good value. Abi Hart was very quick to respond to my queries and she was very helpful which was the main reason I ordered from this company. The men who delivered them, Jas and Jag of T C Group, were very helpful. They had to put 23 chairs together and fit 31 to be disposed of into their van, and they were professional and cheerful throughout. Everyone gave me positive feedback, about them and about the chairs. Would recommend this company.
