Worst customer service!
Never have I ever had a "donkey" speak to me in such a disrespectful manner from a business! I was a first time user, and had a question about how their operations work because the order had an original error on my side and had to be fixed. I was unsure how my order was being handled. The "boy" on the phone was very rude and acted like I was inconveniencing him. He continued to yell at me for bothering him and would not let me speak to his supervisor and told me I was crazy! I suffer from severe anxiety and he hung up on me after yelling and it sent me into a spell and had to go to urgent care! My husband tried to call to talk to a supervisor and he told my husband "I am canceling the order" and hung up on him. Since when do companies handle business like this?! He also told me if I wanted better customer service to call 1800contacts! Really?!

Quick service with savings

Contactlens.com has amazing customer service and they make it simple and easy to order my contacts. They have even shipped out the same day as I place my order and are delivered very promptly.
Their prices are some of the best I could find and they do not have any handling charges or other fees when checking out. The free shipping is an always welcome addition and can even fax or email your prescription right on their website, which helps get my order out even faster.
They have been my source for contacts for years and I always have a great experience. I would (and do) recommend them to anyone I know.

Exactly what I ordered for far less than competing websites.
I just wanted to say that my order arrived faster than I thought it would, the contents are exactly as I ordered and I saved a good bit of money from what 1800contacts.com was going to charge me.
Keep up the good work, I will definitely recommend you to my friends that are looking to purchase their doctor's preferred brand of contacts at an affordable price.
