Bad BEWARE
Bad. Five days after placing the order is still said it was processing so I called the number Megan answered the phone and told me that my contact lenses were in shipping it should go out. 4 hours later I got an email saying They don’t have my lenses and they should be sent out from the manufacture in three weeks. I requested a refund and they refused to give me a full refund I want to keep a processing fee. nothing I can do I guess they may get my money. BEWARE.

Ordered very complicated contact lenses with over 10,000 prescriptions for the one lens. Repeat customer with full knowledge of the time it takes to complete such a complicated order. She was given incorrect information which we corrected as soon as we realized the mistake. She refused to wait for delivery unless we "immediately" sent her "free" contacts. We'd done that for her previous order as a courtesy although that order was also not overdue. We politely told her we could not continue sending free contacts with every order and her response was to either provide free contacts or immediately cancel the order. We cancelled and refunded the order with the exception of the $5. the credit card company charged us for processing and refunding her charge.
Great prices
Consistently the lowest prices I've found online... I've been buying from them for almost ten years. The web site is easy to navigate, it's a cinch to order, and shipping is quick.

Horrible experience!
Customers this company advertises that you can contact them by phone for any reason. I had a problem with the representative and the customer service. I asked for a manager to please contact me to discuss this issue and nothing !! Please try and reach them by the advertised phone number #1-800-536-7327...You will receive a voicemail stating the mailbox is full ! This representative is lazy and not fulfilling her job description..I've reported this to the better business bureau.Soo many other companies to choose from and way better customer service.You actually speak to a representative that's friendly and helpful

Ms Smith was extremely rude to the CSR who originally spoke to her. We reached out to Ms Smith by email to ask how we might be of assistance. Ms Smith emailed several times refusing to discuss her issue other than to say it had nothing to do with her past order. We apologize but no one deserves to be abused while trying to help. Ms. Smith we remain available by email if you would like our assistance, whatever the issue is we will try our best to resolve it.
We answer phone calls from 9-5 EST all day so yes please do call us at 1 (800) LENSFAST (536-7327) and we'll be happy to cheerfully assist.

Easy and Quick
I was hesitant to order contact lens online in case they took a long time to come or I entered the information wrong. But I had no problems. I filled out the form, uploaded the prescription and received confirmation of the order and also that they had confirmed I entered the prescription correctly. They arrived sooner than excepted in a small cardboard box.

Contactlens.com had the cheapest price that I could find on hydraglyde lenses. Other places seemed to be cheaper, but when you consider the extra fees they charge, they weren't. In addition, I received the contacts in a timely manner in a good condition.
