Very easy to apply and very good choice of cars. The lady Beccy was polite and very informative. Would recommend concept cars credit ltd to anyone needing car finance. I AM very poor at applying for anything but it was made easy and comfortable.

This man and company are absolutely legends, our car broke down yesterday was going to cost more to repair than it was worth we have really bad credit score my husband has just gone back to work after having hip replacement and having nearly 3 months off so we have no saving now but these guys have sorted us a car within 1 day which is brilliant because I work early mornings (5am starts) hubby works nights so ypu can imagine transport at them times is very difficult, want to wish all involved a biggest thankyou for helping us out today xxx

DANGEROUS faulty car sold to me Nissan Qashqui January 2026.. the engine has gone 6 months and 3 weeks into a 4year finance loan! Driving on a motorway at 70mph with my daughter in the passenger seat.. car cut out.. live motorway it was only my fast reaction that saved us from ending up severely hurt or worse.
As i was 3 weeks over the 6 months warranty it’s a fight! This has Made me severely unwell I’ve been off work with the stress.. I am a single parent and 3 children not a single person has responded to me from Concept car credit I hope no one has the same experience!
The company and management too failed to give me the service history for the car as I asked for numerous times. Emails for proof. Had cars from here before twice, but this time it’s not been great. Different sales team. My daughter and I could have died the car cut out at 70mph on a live motorway.. no reply to my communication no contact nothing from the sales office surprising customer service so negligent and such bad service! Had the car checked after the incident by a VAT registered garage to my distraught I was as so disappointed the VAT registered mechanic who told me this car was faulty on sale had been declining for two years they knew this on the sale in January 2026 it’s not worth the money, it has not been serviced as a car should and it’s dangerous the engine is about to go any second and day now.. DO NOT DRIVE IT SEND IT BACK! Tried to reason with the company and finance company but nothing! Absolutely disgusted with them and I hope they don’t take advantage of a single parent who needs a car like I was. My daughter’s nervous in a car now and I have lost money from work because of this company.. still fighting and the car is sat unused as it’s dangerous to drive! Clearly no car should cut out at 70mph on a live motorway that’s been properly maintained as I was told.. lies. Do not use this company!

I would like to give any potential buyers using this company to AVOID AVOID AVOID, I wish I didn't have 2 say this but after listening 2 a close friend of mine tell me how his experience dealing with these people played out has left me feeling nothing but disgust and extremely angry.
Firstly he is a vulnerable person who has been feed complete and utter lies and after looking into everything in finer detail, it's become evident that they have sold him a car that was all sold on lies and pressure 2 benenfit themselves.
Firstly he explained how much he could afford a month but received multiple calls on the day in question offering one of deals that could only be used if he went 2 Manchester the same day, they worked his budget for the finance by calculating his benefits and also used the fact he said a friend maybe able 2 help with a small amount each month if the right car was slightly out of his price range, however they somehow managed 2 manipulate the figures so he could purchase a higher priced car. He was also told that he would receive a £400 cash back deal valid for this day only.
I could go into lots more detail but think u understand the basis of what they have done.
When he finally arrived at the company he was told he could only choose from 3 cars, the monthly amount of £300 he said he could afford had increased 2 £475pm, there was no cash back deal, no petrol in the car and they sent documents 2 his email that he needed 2 sign but asked he handed phone over so they could scroll 2 relevant parts and get it done quickly as they were due 2 close.
He was told all car paperwork i.e logbook, mot and spare key would follow after first payment was received.
The car within days had brake noise, the spare key came with no battery so doesn't work, the mot paperwork is full of discrepancies and then came out 2 a flat Tyre with a huge tear in it which could of caused a catastrophic accident but when he went 2 change Tyre there was no spare, no jack and just a bottle of fluid 2 do temporary fix which turnnt out 2 b 7yrs out of date.
I wanted 2 highlight some of these issues so no one else hopefully gets sucked in like my friend.
My heart it destroyed that my friend has no gotta deal with the complications that he now faces trying to get them 2 retrieve the car and put right all the wrongs, which is obviously going 2 take a slow process and lots of investigation.
PLEASE PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK B4 U GO AHEAD WITH PURCHASING UR VEHICLE, I STRONGLY ADVISE THAT U GO THROUGH EVERYTHING WITH A FINE TOOTHCOMB.
THERE IS MORE I COULD TELLL U BUT THINK IVE SAID ENOUGH 2 HELP U TTHINK B4 U COMMIT 2 A HUGE FINANCIAL PURCHASE.

From start to finish the process was explained to both me and my partner every step of the way. They found me finance when nobody else could. My salesman was Omar he was awesome. He got a list off me for all the things I wanted and within 5-10 minutes 3 cars pictures came through and a few minutes later he called with all the information. Would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a new car.
