I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership and the finance process.
Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I discovered multiple issues that were not clearly disclosed at the time of sale. Because of this, I exercised my right to reject the vehicle within the first 30 days and returned it, including all keys and documents.
What followed has been extremely frustrating. Initially, I was told that my full deposit would not be refunded. After I challenged this, the position changed, and I was then told that only part of the deposit would be deducted, which still does not seem fair given that the vehicle was faulty from the start.
It has now been over a week since I returned the car, and my finance agreement has still not been properly closed, which is very concerning.
On top of this, I have continued to receive calls trying to persuade me to accept another vehicle, despite clearly stating that I am not interested and only want a fair resolution.
During one of the calls, I was addressed as “my Romanian brother,” which I found unprofessional and inappropriate in a business context.
Overall, I feel that the situation has not been handled fairly or professionally. I am currently pursuing a formal complaint to resolve the matter.
I would strongly advise others to be very careful, ensure full transparency before purchasing, and be aware of your consumer rights.

Thank you very much for your feedback and your perception of this matter, This particular car, I believe from reviewing the file that it is your partner that actually purchased the car. We have followed the exact process as outlined in the consumer rights act due to a fault that presented itself within the first 30 days. We offered yourself the option of either rejection, repair or change of vehicle, in the first instance you asked if you could change the car and returned to the showroom to look at alternative options, yourself and your partner chose a more expensive BMW which we arranged to move from our Manchester showroom to the Willenhall showroom at no cost to yourselves. We transferred the car only to be notified by you that actually you could not afford the BMW payments or the insurance. WE DID NOT CHARGE for the wasted transport that we incurred for moving the vehicle. You spoke to a lady in our customer services dept and swore at them and was very rude. You were called by the branch to see why you had changed your mind on the car and to see if we could assist with pricing or payments we DID NOT continue to call to persuade you to accept another vehicle, far from it, once you had told us that you did not wish to change car we were more than happy not to deal with yourselves. It has not taken over a week, we informed your finance company immediately to cancel your agreement and requested details to return your deposit, the only delay was when you wanted to change car. We have to inform customers of the consumer rights act that states that "fair usage may be charged" in the event of a rejection, on this occasion with the timescales taken into account no fair usage was charged even though you had driven the car over 500 miles and stated to the mechanic that the issue occurred when braking from 100mph clearly exceeding the speed limit. Hopefully you are now happy that your complaint has been dealt with professionally and your issues raised have been addressed, your cancellation and refund are in process good luck in your car search.
Avoid these scammers!
They bought my car (Audi A4 BF67AMX) through Carwow via auction. On collection they said it had damaged paneling or the panels had been replaced on the passenger side due to an accident (never had an accident) and because the windscreen had a chip it would need replacing. Gave me £10,750 (£1,145 less than they bid at auction) now on sale with them for £15,499! That's more than I paid when I got it a year and a half ago 😆 don't give them your money!

Top tier service
What excellent service received from Chanice Clark. Walked into the dealership today and left within 2-3 hours (As my chosen vehicle was at another location) with my first car despite having bad credit, payments were worked out specifically to my budget and got exactly what i came in for😅 Chanice explained everything clearly and made anything that I was unsure of make sense.
Will definitely be back to upgrade my vehicle in the years to come!

If I could give them a ZERO STAR IT WOULD BE Absolutely terrible experience with this company today. Got a call from one of their reps last night said everything was great. Come down at 12:30. Don’t worry about your bad credit score we will sort you out. Arrived at the showroom showing a seat for half an hour been told that a car finance company will give me a call. I went through all my finance with an external company. Wasted three hours to be told oh sorry you’ve been declined finance goodbye. What makes me really angry is that we were told on the phone by their representative yes everything was fine. We understand you have bad credit. You will get your car. Don’t worry come to the showroom at 12:30 so I drove 20 miles for absolutely nothing. Bunch of Cowboys they should be selling horse and carts I don’t know about cars! They are ucarcredit which makes one assume that the credit is coming from themselves when it totally isn’t. On the door it says have you been refused Car finance are you worried about getting getting accepted? Which makes you into the full sense of security Think that even with a poor credit score you’ll still get accepted for finance but clearly not. Don’t waste your time.!!!

Amber Henry was my contact while there, a professional, polite and happy person who treated us with respect and like a person not just another customer buying a car. Theory let down was the lenders,was accepted friday and Saturday declined. After spending 5hrs at the Hyde branch to be accepted and then to be declined by those idiots who sit behind a desk and dont actually speak to the person applying Is unacceptable. All in all well done Amber and the team shame it was the lenders who lost you a sale!!
