I came to buy a car to save some money on journeys to see my granddaughter and a gentleman called Ryan rang me throughout the whole process he was absolutely fantastic he couldn’t help me and my wife enough we got a car we wanted and we drove away happy I would definitely recommend ask for Ryan he is honestly fantastic

I had a poor experience with this company when they sold me an unroadworthy car, but your experience may differ.

This review is not written to bash them, but to politely warn buyers about their legal rights and share how a car purchase can be officially rejected and refunded. Many consumers do not know the law, but understanding it is vital when buying a vehicle from any dealership.

Always do a free online MOT history check before buying any used vehicle, somthing i failed to do. If your newly bought car has a fault, do not wait. Never let the 30-day window run out while arguing or waiting for repairs. If you wait past 30 days, you risk losing your automatic right to a full refund.

Act fast and formally reject the vehicle within the first 30 days under your short-term right to reject. Never argue over the phone with the dealership. Get everything in an email or a text message, including your formal short-term rejection statement.

Be very careful with paperwork from any dealership. This company tried to trick me out of my online rights by having me sign paperwork, which can alter your legal standing. My only mistake was signing that box under pressure on a video call without properly reading it.

Salesmen do this to fluster you. If you buy a car online, do not sign anything that says you visited the dealership in person. Doing this can trick the system and let them take away your 14-day online distance-selling consumer rights.

I was a lucky consumer because I knew the rules, and you can be too. Look up consumer rights for any online purchase.

If you bought the car on finance, report the problems and issue your rejection to your finance company immediately under the 30-day limit. Do it right away, and they will book an independent inspection for you to back up your claim. Know your rights and stay protected.

Absolutely brilliant service from Concept Car Credit from start to finish.

I was first contacted on Monday, and by Wednesday my new car had been delivered directly to my house – I honestly couldn’t believe how quick and straightforward the whole process was!

From arranging the finance, to finding me a car that matched exactly what I was looking for, through to organising delivery just two days later, the service was incredibly efficient.

A special thank you to Omar, who kept me updated throughout via WhatsApp, which made everything so easy. He was polite, friendly, professional and, most importantly, I felt that he genuinely listened to what I wanted rather than trying to push me towards something that wasn’t right for me.

The whole experience was completely stress-free and far exceeded my expectations. Finance arranged, the right car found and delivered to my door within two days – incredible service!

Do not be fooled by the immediate 5-star reviews pushed on collection day. Our experience has been a nightmare. We took delivery of a Mercedes-Benz GLA under a Moneybarn finance agreement. Within 14 days, pre-existing quality issues were formally logged. Under Section 22 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, our 30-day consumer rights clock was legally paused.
Shortly after, the vehicle suffered a catastrophic mechanical failure (failed alternator and battery), leaving us stranded and requiring an emergency out-of-hours garage repair. When the invoice was forwarded to our contact at Concept Car Credit, we received a dismissive WhatsApp message stating: "Hi mate we will not be paying that amount you have sent."
To make matters worse, we discovered that the 24-month Händler Protect warranty policy we paid £257.00 for was never actually registered on the provider's live national database.
This matter has now been escalated directly to Moneybarn Corporate Complaints under Case Reference 8666614 for a full Section 75 joint liability reimbursement of £1,083.15 to cover mechanical repairs, mis-sold warranty fees, and consequential travel losses. If a management resolution is not provided immediately, this file—complete with the written WhatsApp refusal and unregistered warranty documents—is heading straight to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) and Action Fraud. Buyer beware.
