Excellent floor fitter was brilliant and did a very professional job and removed doors re hung them ,very pleased with his work , as were the carpet fitters arrived fitted & finished no dramas excellent, both turn up on time took their rubbish away and cleaned up would recommend them .

We recently went through the process of replacing a faulty mattress under warranty, and I wanted to leave a review to recognise the excellent service we received throughout.

From the outset, Alan was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient in guiding us through what could have been a frustrating situation. He kept us informed at every stage, took the time to answer our questions, and genuinely wanted to help us find the right solution.

Although our original mattress had been discontinued, Alan worked with us to explore the available options and ensured we were able to find a suitable replacement. At no point did we feel pressured, and his knowledge and customer-focused approach gave us confidence that we were making the right decision.

Our replacement mattress was delivered today, and we are delighted with the outcome. What started as a warranty issue was handled so well that it has reinforced our confidence in both the company and the level of after-sales support they provide.

A special thank you to Alan for his outstanding customer service. He is a real credit to the business.

Just had a bedroom carpeted it looks great

Highly reccomend colour bank carpets

We ordered Striped carpet for our stairs and landing and Colourbank ordered our carpet very promptly. Tim arrived to fit our carpet on the stairs and landing and he made a wonderful job of aligning the stripes coming down the stairs so that everything was perfect. He is obviously a perfectionist when it comes to ensuring the stripes were matching accurately. A good job well done.

The fitter was a gentleman and did an exceptionally great job. Would definitely highly recommend Colourbank carpets. Thank you.

Could not be happier, no hassle from salesman the quality of the carpets was great, and the fitters couldn’t have been more helpful....a perfect all-round experience.

Great range of carpets and beds.Prices to suit all .No pushy sales people,,,only felt we could have been given some informative info on our choices as I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have bought a bed that I need a step ladder to get on it. We live and learn
