Colourbank Recensioni

Just want to give a big shout out to Ash from Colourbank at Crest Rise in Leicester. They measured up and fitted my carpets for the stairs in the same week. The fitter was also very professional and I have to say the work is a 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone. Well done Colourbank.

Really happy with the service at colourbank! Regan got me the best price with an early fit and the fitters worked quickly and efficiently! Thank you!

Staff in Cavendish Road professional and helpful. Carpet good for what it was needed for. Fitters worked hard, no issues, professional. Not talkative, which suited me ! End job good

We found that internal sales and customer service, inspector service very professional and good advice. However was disappointed that inspector’s recommendations not conducted after clients agreement on changes and payment increase. By the fitter ie, no damp proof membrane in recommended areas and boards pinned and not screwed.

The team did exactly what I asked of them. They were polite and very efficient. Will use them again.

The staff were excellent, knowledgeable and great help in store. The fitters were also polite pleasant guys who cleared up after doing a great job. Prices are also great so overall 10 out of ten.

I have been using Colourbank for years. Always a friendly and personal service and always at competitive prices. Would highly recommend.

Bought a new king-size mattress, staff were very polite and got good advice. Delivery was all good and kept to the date and time . Would definitely recommend them .

Always good value and expert advice at Colourbank ; over the years it has been our ‘go to’ for carpets, beds and flooring . The quality has been consistently very good as has been the service . I would recommend them to anyone .

We have been using colourbank For the last Forty years, at cavendish road store.

Were great. Well Done Colourbank.

Shop staff always helpful. Problem very quickly resolved.

Once again, Colourbank have exceeded our expectations with phase two of our Amtico flooring. I am so glad I walked into Colourbank and listened to Ash’s advice from the very beginning.

It was really important to us that the flooring flowed seamlessly from the extension into the rest of the house, and Ash made sure every measurement was carefully checked and verified to achieve exactly that. Rushdi also put a huge amount of effort into ensuring the floor was properly prepared and fully dry before fitting.

When the drying process took longer than expected, Nathan in the fitting department was incredibly accommodating and moved the fitting dates without any hassle. When fitting day arrived, Stuart was joined by Paul, and the two of them were brilliant. They completed in just two and a half days what could have taken around five, without compromising on the quality or finish. The result looks fantastic.

We did have a couple of planks lift slightly during the unusually hot weather, but Nathan quickly arranged for Stuart to return and put things right. We have also been reassured that if anything comes up over the winter, Colourbank will deal with it promptly — and I have complete faith that they will.

Throughout our whole build, the flooring process has honestly been one of the most seamless and effortless parts, thanks to the entire Colourbank team. The finished floor has truly completed our home.

A huge thank you to Ash, Rushdi, Nathan, Stuart, and Paul. Another 10/10 experience — we would not hesitate to recommend Colourbank.

Loads of choice, great advice, excellent prices, speedy fitting, fitter arrived exactly when he said he would, clean & tidy, didn't mark up my walls or skirting. Highly reccomend.

No problems at all. Everything went very smoothly from ordering to payment to the actually laying of our flooring. Mick and Dan who laid the flooring were excellent, fast and thorough workers.
Would highly recommend.

I received quotes from Colourbank and two other companies. Colourbank's quote was substantially higher than the others, and I found the advice provided difficult to justify when I compared it with the alternative recommendations I received. As a woman handling this project alone, the experience left me feeling uncomfortable and concerned that I was not receiving objective guidance. Whether that was the intention or not, it was certainly my perception of the experience.
I would strongly recommend that anyone in a similar position obtains several quotes and independently checks the advice they are given before committing.

Fitted on time and fitted very well by Jerry. Only complaint is that we should have been told the stair carpet was too thick to sit against the risers. We have glass sided stairs and consequently you can see behind the carpet . Not a good look 😕

Friendly customer service from start to finish

Very helpful in the show room and then stored our purchase for more than 3 months as we had a legal delay on our property purchase. Delivery arranged very promptly and delivered at the time agreed.

They turned up on time and made.a Great job of fitting it looks amazing thank you

Helpful and knowledgeable staff, easy payment methods and two very pleasant nice looking young men who fitted large areas of house efficiently and with minimal disruption
