Colourbank Recensioni

A great service all round
We had the downstairs done with laminate flooring and had such a great service from Colour Bank. Ash was fantastic, he took care of all our needs and queries. The fitters were fantastic too, friendly, efficient and very helpful.

We then had the upstairs fitted with new carpets and the experience was just as good. Overall would highly recommend.

Nice bed at a reasonable price.
Good communication re delivery. Arrived on time & old bed disposed of . Brilliant

All went smoothly from showroom to delivery. Helpful in showroom and couriers were brilliant.

Arrival was on time very cheerful and pleasant did waste any time in getting on with laying my flooring.

Always able to buy the carpet and underlay that we need and book a fitter to fit it all for us. Steve is an excellent fitter!

Arrived before the time they were supposed to be at our address, polite on arrival, got on with fitting the carpet, they clean and tidy and did a great job with the fitting.

Wouldn't go anywhere else. Super company. They came out to measure up and then I went in last week to order a new stair runner. Really welcoming and gave me really good advice as to what to choose and helped me through the process. Very competitive prices and got a great deal. Haven't got the carpet and runner fitted yet but have used before and my mum hasn't long had her whole house carpeted with them and they did a super job. Everyone there is really professional but friendly. So much nicer using a family run business.

Excellent service with friendly efficient staff. Would highly recommend

They gave great service from beginning to the end done the whole house top to bottom fantastic room by room from April to July as we painted each room great.

Very helpful in the shop on the 5th July 2025 and very prompt and on time with the delivery of my bed

We had 2 deliveries. The first team of Mark and Mason were awful. they were obnoxious and argumentative. They refused to take away the packaging. They did not want to unpack the mattresses. I had to complain to Michael at Colourbank. Michael arranged for a second team to collect the packaging. The second team were good and left me satisfied.

Excellent people gave good sound advice on the carpet type. The fitters were extremely polite and arrived on time. They left no mess and were respectful of my newly painted walls. Excellent customer service all round.

We went in with a clear budget in mind and, although we didn’t find exactly what we were looking for, Mo went above and beyond to show us the best options available within our range. He wasn’t just trying to make a sale—he genuinely took the time to understand what we needed. Exceptional customer service from start to finish. A++++ experience. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Mo!

Excellent service by the sales team at colour bank. Not pushy and very knowledgeable. Purchased Amtico flooring for my kitchen and hallway. Fitted perfectly by Paul who was very friendly and professional. Being a bit OCD, I found a small scratch on a tile and Paul came back the same day to replace the tile, great service.

Delivered on time Driver and mate knew what they were doing

Great service in store and during the fitting.
Had to change my fitting date which wasn’t a problem. Fitters arrived on time and did a great job and even worked around a double bed and a wardrobe. Thank you

Don’t like the mattress told I couldn’t return it. Delivery the bed came without casters, when I asked the delivery guy to check if casters were there, in opening the bed, ottoman, he ripped the underside or the inner lining. Not impressed
