I always get a great response from the team always helpful and easy to order and when people who has got a stoma I always say colplast the quality is perfect

I've been with Coloplast Charter since 2002/3 & I've found them to be the most helpful company. The staff are all lovely, so very helpful with nothing being too much trouble. Any little query is answered fully, promptly & with your situation in mind. I did try another company once, but never again!
Any new device that becomes available as time goes on you'll know about it. Without over loading you with products that are irrelevant to your needs. You can do your order online at a time to suit you. They request the prescription from your dr's & do the chasing for it if ever is needed, but keeping you informed at all times. The order is dispatched very promptly via DPD which is in a discreet brown unmarked box.

I have been using Coloplast Charter since August 2025. when I was first told I was going to be Catheterising I was absolutely mortified and devastated. The thought of talking to someone about such a personal problem felt overwhelming. I am so pleased to say that every staff member has been so polite, knowledgeable and professional. What a great service you all run and the company should be proud of you all.

Found I had been using the wrong lubricant with my catheter, fresh nurse said I need alternative. Had GP issue fresh prescription. So had some from local pharmacy. Spoke to Claire and she amended my Charter. Easy, well done

Excellent and helpful staff but consistently poor deliveries from DPD !!! Latest order of 2 boxes AGAIN delivered separately over 2 days !! This keeps happening..the last time the 2nd delivery arrived on Saturday with 1 hours notice of arrival.I had locked up prior to departure and I had to return to allow delivery.This is not a one off and having contacted Coloplast they said they would rectify the issue...but as yet no return call from them !! Still waiting !!! Consequently I will now look elsewhere for another supplier where I can have deliveries made correctly and in one drop off .

Coloplast charter have been excellent from the get go. I use them for all of my stoma supplies. Ordering is easy and quick and I’ve never had any problems. Following a recent second surgery I’m having some issues and Coloplast Charter were able to send an urgent order of the new bags with no fuss, taking away all the stress. The staff are always super polite and helpful!

In these days of computerisation, it was so good to be able to talk to a person, not a robot, who answered the phone directly, not after a whole lot of options.
The people I spoke to were helpful, personal and polite, which builds confidence when talking to a stranger.

Coloplsst are an excellent company with fantastic customer service. They respond to enquiries with speed and will even contact me if i have forgotten to order!!! Their products are top class and i have been using them for the kadt 3 years

My bags I ordered are of stock I emailed Samantha and she arranged for a box of
substitute bags to be sent which arrived the next day as I was running low. She has also arranged for my remaining 2 boxes to be sent as soon as they're back in stock Excellent service.

I’ve used Coloplast charter for approximately 20 years now and the service, help and support they give is second to none. They help with my queries in a fast , professional and efficient manner. The customer service team are all very helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The specialist nurse has helped me to get more suitable products. New products are constantly available and she helped me select new ones that are better suited for me. Thank you charter. You take a lot of the stress and anxiety away from those who have a stoma Orders are normally shipped within a few days and you are kept informed of the delivery information. highly recommend them

I received a generic email from Coloplast about talking about life with a stoma. It resonated so much with me I felt I had to write and affirm what they say.

I had my stoma last October following a successful removal of a malignant tumour in the sigmoid colon. I found the stoma embarrassing and uncomfortable to talk about even to close family and friends. The team at Coloplast helped and Parkeetah in particular was a great help in getting a firm fix on the bags which until then had had a tendency to come loose.

This last couple of weeks we had the builders in laying a new patio in readiness for the Summer (we live in hope!). One of the builders asked what I had had done while in hospital and I explained and he promptly told me of his great friend who had undergone something very similar and had had to have a stoma for 2 and a half years. He relayed to me the stories of his friend's trails and tribulations with his stoma and everything was so familiar it was like talking about myself. He reassured me that his friend was now back to normality and had gone through a second transition from losing his stoma and reverting back to normal bowel movements.

I felt completely renewed after that conversation and felt I could face life with my stoma much more readily and could accept the minor inconveniences and just be thankful for the great work of the surgeon in getting rid of the cancerous growth.

Never before have I felt the truth in the maxim "It's Good To Talk!" Coloplast are terrific helpers in this field

This the most reliable, professional company that you will ever deal with. My GP surgery can't grasp the idea that Coloplast Charter does my prescription request too,and have screwed it up over the past five years than I care to remember. A call to Coloplast Charter can solve the issue and get empathy too. I have used Coloplast Charter now since 2010 when I received my first stoma, and after having an ileostomy fitted in 2020 as well,they give me one stop supply for all my peripheral items too, barrier film, stretchy seals,moon shaped tape to give me extra security for the appliance adhesion. I don't consider going anywhere else for supply, they are so reliable. The courier service they use is second to none with polite and helpful drivers. When you're face with a Terminal diagnosis,do you want or need additional third party hassle? Well done Coloplast Charter. I believe in you.
