Easy to reorder by telephone and the Nightingale personnel are so helpful. They contact my surgery for the prescription and the order is ready and dispatched within days.

I cannot rate this company highly enough. Needing for the first time to order medical bags and straps for my husband ,I was advised by the hospital to register him with Nightingale and right from the start I was able to actually talk with people who were cheerful, supportive and extremely helpful. My requirements were carefully listened to, advise given where needed, and a large box containing everything that was needed quickly and efficiently delivered to our home.
Since then they have kept careful note of what I ordered and when and have texted me when they think I should re order. Altogether they have been and continue to be beyond brilliant and I am extremely grateful to them.
They couldn't be better.
The delivery service is also great, delivering at the time they say they will and following instructions as to where to leave the parcel if we are out.

Easy to order over the phone, helpful staff with good knowledge and support, I do have the app to order which is helpful when you have the code numbers as so much to choose from.good communication at all stages.

Can fault them when I comes to delivering catheter bags for my mum

You can talk to a human being who has a good grasp of the equipment and delivery is within a couple of days. Excellent service.

When my husband was fitted with a catheter I had no idea about leg bags or night bags or straps, but I needn’t have worried as the staff at Nightingales knew exactly what was needed and sent everything needed next day. Great service and lovely staff.

Nightingale provide a quality service for it's customers, in particular their customer care is excellent with regular follow up calls to check on satisfaction, I placed my latest repeat order for catheters on day one and was delivered to me on day two - incredible service - thank you!
