If they try to charge you a restocking fee, or refuse a return then contact the Citizens Advice consumer service.

Used Collekt for about a year now, started out great although a tad expensive it was worth the extra money. In the last 4 months or so however things have gone into a very steep decline! Simply no customer service. Placed an order for items IN STOCK 2 weeks go, not recieved goods so contacted them, got a message saying they would be dispatched next day, they didn't, contacted again the day after, told that was a mistake and it would be the following week, Now still not dispatched, unable to get any response from Collekt, is this how you treat your loyal customers?

9/4/18 - So finally recieved my order today that was placed on the 23/3/18 for items instock (1 week before the easter bank holiday) Items were not dispatched on the date Collekt said they would be on the reply to this review as the date on the parcels was 2 days later! So was lied to a total of 3 times about dispatch dates!. And to top it all the Pops were in poor condition which was not in the description, and not the pops pictured on their website, faded boxes, crease to one box and the other was bashed to hell because it was packaged right up against the side of the box with no protection to that side. Pictures on the website showed original first release, the ones i recieved were asia re releases, So all in all this company was a let down and provided false information from start to finish, i wouldn't mind but you can find the same or better on certain auction site for half the price and actually see the item your buying! will never use again!

Only ordered once but it came extremely well packed and the staff on Facebook are always polite and eager to help... Not staff, friends. 🙂 Can't wait to order again with collekt

Took longer than the 48hour time frame paid for raised a complaint which was never responded to

Orders are packed with care, but take longer for pre-orders to be shipped than on other sites. The policy of get back only 50% value when you cancel is a crap. The prices are mostly higher than on other sites.

Very poor, placed a pre-order which was expected in November, still hadn't arrived in February so put a PayPal claim in for the full amount as my update messages were being ignored toward to end , other replies were just talking me off saying 'next week every week that I asked.
PayPal decided in my favour and refunded the full amount (nearly £70) but collekt disputed this, luckily I kept all evidence of email conversations and the item was still listed as a pre-order for November 2017 so their dispute was unsuccessful and the refund remained.
Be very careful when considering ordering off thus company, I left an honest answer to a question on their Facebook group of my experience and their admin deleted my comments and banned me from the group and their fb page. I'd give this company 0 stars if I could, their other review's speak for themselves, order at your own risk

Really easy to use website and very quick delivery. Well packaged.

I have placed 2 orders so far and 1 of them being a grail time, which I was surprised to receive within a week it wasn't the best it was a (gossamer exclusive) quite easily picked up cheaply but thats the way it goes and quite exciting not knowing what your going to get.
Customer service are polite and responsive so to sum it up I can't fault them great job collekt👍👍😀

I've used collekt on a number of occasions, they aren't the cheapest but they sell hard to find items which is part and parcel and i've had decent service previously.
I then ordered a complete set about 7 months ago. I knew i would have to wait which i did patiently. Around the 5 month mark i saw these items in local stores but continued to wait. Finally after 6 months i decided i could get them elsewhere. I emailed to ask to cancel the order, very weirdly i immediately got a notification saying these items had been shipped. I then got an email saying they could not refund as the items were on route. It was an amazing coincidence after 6 months!
Still i was finally getting my package. They arrived but with one item missing, i emailed again and was told they shipped without to save me waiting longer even though i'd requested a refund. I continued to wait another 8 weeks or so i believe. I emailed again asking for a refund of this one item and was told they would sort it. Another 3 weeks, a string of emails and nothing has been resolved. Today I've given up, i wont get my money back but Sam and Jess will not get my continued custom.

I'm writing this review not in anger but as a warning to others. Sam and Jess have always been polite but it is clear that really, customer service is not forefront of Collekt's mind.

It's a real shame as they offer a lot of decent items but the trust has been broken and i wont be returning.

Seems to think Comsumer Contracts Regulations don't effect them. No refund form just a website contact page and seem to think when you cancel they can just keep some of your money and after you do give up with they lack of contact and slow service think you will want store credit instead of the actual money you paid with. AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THE LAWS SET ON THEM

For quite some time i've been trying to find a company in the UK that are able to obtain Funko pops from the USA wtihout having to go via ebay/amazon and their extortionate taxes and delivery fees.
At first i thought i'd found a trusted site Initially, i like to be cautious so i wanted to confirm that the pop i wanted to order was as it was in the pic. i emailed from the site and got a reply quite quickly and Collekt was able to confirm that the item came as pictured with the sticker to confirm that it was a legit pop, the customer serivce even said they pride themselves in it and it was their specialty so i thought i wouldn't be disspointed again since i have ordered in the past from other sellers and didn't get what they described it as.
When my order did arrive the parcel was packaged very well but to my disappointment when i did open up my order it was missing the said sticker that i emailed beforehand weeks before and 100% confirm by the reply from customer services that it would come with the authentic sticker to which it was lacking from the box.
I've emailed nearly a week ago but have had no reply to the 48 hours as stated so trying here to see if i can get a reply.
Been over 3 weeks now and not a word or email of a reply.

I’ve used Collekt for over a year now and they have always provided a quality service quick posting and very well packed, ordering is quick and easy and I shall continue to use them for all my pop needs.

Can't fault them done 2 orders now first 1 come missing a pop as it was out of stock and was refunded within 24 hours of emailing and 2nd order turnt up no problems takes few weeks to come but worth the wait

I’ve not yet ordered from here but I know I will as the prices are great and there is way more pops you can find on here that you can’t find anywhere else.

Absolutely love the website and have placed several orders. I have 2 orders outstanding which one is a pre-order so know it's when stock comes in but the other has been in stock as advertised for a while yet still hasn't been dispatched! My only issue with the site is the terrible customer service and response time to messages. Twice I have used the email contact and no reply, so contacted via Facebook only to get short replies and not very helpful at all and waited over a week for the issue to be sorted. Please sort dispatch times and customer service messages out and the site will be amazing.

I am still waiting for my order too arrive, very disappointing

Still cant fault this company. Even during the bad weather still managed to get my order to me within 2 days of dispatch. Excellent.

The only issue I have is the amount of time it can sometimes take for items to be delivered. I understand the items can be rare and difficult to acquire, but if so give an estimate of the delivery time,and keep me informed
