Sadly I advise to avoid.

After using collekt a few times, in the last few months sadly the service has taken a nose dive. A pre order placed in July, with a December release still hadn't arrived by April.
After an ignored email, it took me contacting my bank and processing legal paperwork to get the order cancelled and a FULL refund (rather than the partial refund The company issue). Poor and next to no communication throughout the months of waiting.

Terrible service and communication. Very long dispatch time. If you try to cancel your order you only get a small % of your money back which is against online buying rules as you should always be allowed a full refund.

Ordered something on the second of April still waiting for it to be delivered

Poor communication. Won't reply to contact unless a paypal dispute is open. Very slow to dispatch then sent the wrong size. Gave up with returning and just never ordering from them again. A shame as they have a good selection of pops.

Been 3 weeks still nothing from them not even dispatched on an item that's was 48hr post don't respond to emails and had to open a PayPal claim and still waiting on them to respond to that

Terrible company to deal with and ad's are very misleading, though I'd order one thing and they sent me a completely different one, avoid like the plague.

After reading some reviews I was a bit unsure whether to order or not,but I decided to and am glad I did they had a pop that I had been looking for for a long time
It came with loads of padding and in excellent condition will definitely be ordering again

Used this company twice before and I had no issues just found it a bit pricey! However my 3rd order has made me decide not to bother using this place again! I Made an order for a pop that was due to come in stock January. We are now in April and I still haven’t received the item and have no idea as to when I’m suppose to receive it. I’m constantly being fobbed off with the item has still not arrived in the warehouse however other reputable funko pop shops have had this item in stock for the past couple of months at half the price what I paid! The only way I can contact this company was through Facebook and I was told if I cancel my order I will only receive half of my money back, considering I’d paid £55 I wasn’t happy with that so decided to wait it out a little longer. Strangely enough my messages are no longer delivering to their Facebook and my comments get deleted when I’ve tried to get an explanation on their posts. I’ve given up waiting for my order now and gone through a full refund process with my bank who have happily refunded me! Customer serbice is shocking from here so I’ll stick to using forbidden planet from now on especially after reading recent reviews!

I ordered 2 grail boxes, was notified when they were dispatched and had a quick delivery. The only downfall was the poor packaging. Both Funko POP boxes were bashed from being in a box that was too big and not bubble wrapped or anything. Also a delivery note of some sort inside the box would have been good so I would immediately know who the parcel was from.

I placed an order on march 19th for a grail time item... Shipment started on march 29th and also started problems.
Tracking says that my order went first to Sweden and now from april 5th is stucked in Germany but unfortunately i live in Italy.
So i think or i got the grail and is doing an european tour to celebrate or at Colleckt forgot to put my country in the address label.
Already sent them several messages but no solution to problem yet.
It's the second time they made the same mistake fortunately previous order arrived without having the country on label but this time i think i lost item and money.

Update 10/04/18 Received today the order after the european tour...
A little more disappointment after the wait because the item it wasn't what it was advertised on their website (it should a grail or and exclusive pop but what i got was only a common).

Still awaiting any form of response from them. Ordered a pre-order item in september of last year. Was meant to be in stock in december. Was patient and waited but by the start of March contacted by email repeatedly. Got the automated we will get back to you response but no one ever did. Messaged on Facebook and was advised that my order was being processed and sent, it wasn’t. Messaged again and was advised it was being processed the following week. A month later and still not recieved and now not responding to any messages despite them becoming more and more desperate in nature. Following me asking on their Facebook page if anyone else had experienced issues I am now blocked from commenting. I have sourced the product elsewhere and now just want a refund.

They have since cancelled my order but as of yet have provided no refund, so have effectively stolen my money. Disgusting company DO NOT USE!!

Three orders paid for. Three orders unfulfilled.
No comeback from Collekt.
They have refused thus far to refund the monies taken.
No way to treat a customer.

We’ve been trying to get one of these refunded for months. It’s not a case of cancellation, it’s a case of the orders not being honoured. We require a full refund, with no cancellation penalties, as per the law.

According to the law, the cancellation charge is warranted under certain circumstances, but because the cancellation is as a result of you not fulfilling the orders in what would be deemed a reasonable timeframe, a court would likely rule in favour of the person who has purchased the goods initially.

A partial refund for an unfulfilled order is unacceptable and will be addressed accordingly. The cancellation policy is not applicable to these orders, because no item was ever sent.

As a further caveat to all this, all three of the items ordered have been available to buy in shops for in one case over 6 months. What this means is not that the item was cancelled, but you could not fulfill the order.

At this point it is down to you as the business to refund an order you cannot meet, rather than keeping the consumer’s funds. Once the buyer gives up waiting, you’re taking a percentage for your inability to do business.

The Wonder Woman POP on its own was promised last year, and again in January. Who in their right mind would allow you to keep their cash any longer?

Before this is removed, Trustpilot must make a choice between what A company feels is defamatory, and what is actually an informative point of fact.

If it is seen as defamatory to state the law, and how it affects a company, then you must further look at whether the reviewer’s right to state a factual opinion, which has been checked and verified, is being removed to unfairly protect a company in the wrong.

Just the best there is! Perfect packing and the latest exclusives - not sure what the deal with all the negativity is, probably just jealous business owners!

Order was dispatched on 22nd march and Yodel advised it would be delivered within 72hrs. Still not received as at 6/4.

Whilst Yodel are useless, i contacted Collekt to help but cannot get a reply. At the very least the postage should be refunded and if the pop cannot be delivered a full refund.

I disagree. The item is your responsibility until it is delivered under the consumer protection act. Otherwise we would always pay for items and never get it delivered. Take note. Dont use yodel. Use royal mail

Yodel have advised the parcel is lost and they have sent a message to the sender. I expect a full refund within 14 days

After advising they will check their warehouse on 9/4 to find the undelivered parcel, i am yet to hear despite chasing collekt yesterday

Still no response from Collekt. My credit card provider has reimbursed me and is now pursuing Collekt instead for breach of contract and consumer law

I have tried to get in touch ten times this week, to no avail. My order has not been dispatched.

Also, the bloke (Sam Marshall I think) looks like some sort of sad honey badger who has had a birthday cake taken away from him.

Also his eyes are too far apart.

It has now been 8 days since order was placed, and nothing has been dispatched. Although your Facebook and Instagram posts indicate they are "one the way out the door". Again, failed to reply to social media posts and emails - so editing my review.

Considering I have sent numerous messages on social media and emails, and you've failed to respond - I thought this would get your attention.

I placed an order for the Geoffrey Grail box, and although it was incredibly quick to take my money and supply an order confirmation - I have heard nothing since...

Ordered a funkoween batman grail time box , they said because of bank holiday weekend it would be shipped on Tuesday. However , I paid for 48hr delivery and it’s now Friday and still nothing. Customer service is shocking, and you can’t even get a simple response to an email. yet when it comes to taking money it happens in an instant.
editied this review because of it being reported as a non genuine customer experience? From Collekt, all because they don’t want bad reviews. Funny how when it comes to customer service they don’t respond , yet bad reviews are reported instantly. Why have I got an item coming if I’m not a ‘genuine customer??’ As soon as I left a review, they responded instantly, and then all of a sudden they are being shipped today?
£5 48hr delivery is a waste of time. Could of let people know how late it was going to be. But then again this company has no communication.
Avoid at all costs.

Bought three of the "Grail Raffles" in a short period of time. They haven't bothered to send these out, or offer to combine the extortionate postage charges...

Unfortunately they are impossible to contact and ignore all queries when asking about these.

This will be the last time I'm using them... I'll be advising all others to stay away as well!

As soon as I left this - miraculously my order was marked as shipped. It’s amazing what a review can do when they have ignored my messages since Tuesday. It’s a shame it’s taken 8 works days (excluding Easter Holidays) for a pop to be shipped.

I did state I would update this review when it was received. So the item I received has a battered box - but unfortunately I cannot contact Collekt as they have blocked me from sending messages to them. As they have no other contract information, it looks like I will be going through PayPal for a claim against them as they are refusing to even speak to me.

Items have turned up now from the raffles - for a company specialising in Pops - I’ve not had a single pop turn up without damage. It’s an absolute disgrace for them to send them out in this condition. I’ve ordered a couple of times on a whim - never again. Every single item has arrived damaged with the outer box untouched. They are just selling damaged goods as retail.

Filed with PayPal for refund as items were damaged inside a pristine shipping box. Collekt states that they would refund the return postage if I shipped back. Paypal eventually decided in my favour after Collekt didn’t respond. Company have placed head in sand and refusing any form of communication now either emails or support page. An admin of a Facebook page they support has attempted to mediate this, but they are now refusing to pay the postage they promised (which I have in writing). Taking them to small claims court to cover this and to hopefully show them that they can’t just ignore people to get away with it.

I genuinely hope they fail as a business after my awful experiences. I hope no other people have to go through the same pained process I’ve been through and end up out of pocket due to these idiots.

I searched this pop for over 6 months and a friend told me about the site and suggested me to order it there.
So i did it. I passed the order last week and payed it (not very cheap btw) and it's still not sent.
I asked 2 times on messenger to get an update (could be that there is an issue with the item) but no feedback.
Even on thier site the following is mentionned :
All of our Packages are dispatched on the next working day, where possible, and are delivered by courier.
Could I get an update on my order or should I cancel it?

The more I am reading here, I think to myself I should have done it before ...

Strange 50 seconds after sending this review I got an email that my package is dispatched by DPD ....
