Having enquired about their business and items they had for sale on an open forum, one of their well known employees who ran the group began to delete comments and ban people who had the slightest negative thing to say. When I questioned it, I got verbal abuse and threatened myself. Quite a disgusting attitude from them and having just discovered they have closed down (unfortunately at the expense of many), it is good for pop collectors in the long run.

Crooks. Stop stealing from decent people. Please.

**UPDATE**He's still taking money out my account, under the guise of 'instore purchases'. This is the worst retailer I've ever dealt with. Phoning bank now, and will look to report to the police if possible.

Like the other reviewers, I placed a number of preorders, only to receive the closing down email after they promised me the orders were coming. Nearly 200 pounds potentially wasted depending in the result of my dispute and certainly many hours lost trying to sort this out.

Worryingly they sent me a questionnaire from a different company name, ‘collect wizard’, trying to start up again. Just no. Stay away. We don’t want you. I for one will make sure if they do start up again everyone knows what con artists they are.

What they could have done, if overheads were too high, is just closed their office and operated from their bedrooms whilst existing orders were fulfilled. Instead they tried to con more money from everyone with a sale, only to close down. Disgusting.

Absolute con artist. I used these in the past and they were good... my recent order totalling £48 was taken as a pre order... never received the figure, check the website and he's taken it down... no refund no figure just a dirty thief.

I spent £39 on a chase figure and received a Star Wars pop figure worth roughly a fiver at most , it's the figure that's always in the bargain bins at most toy shops , I must of sent 20 plus emails to either get a full refund or to have a the original figure sent to me but I heard nothing !!!! Please please please avoid this terrible place

as I stated on my last review in April I would give them no stars still waiting for a t/shirt ordered 1st April sent dozens of emails no replies

Was chasing and complaining about my missing order, and getting no reply, only to find that the website closed.

Thankfully PayPal have refunded me.

I ordered a box from them about 3 months ago. I had been asking where my order was and had a couple of replies saying they will look into it etc. I last received a reply a month ago saying it was sent out last week. A month on it is still not here and i've had no replies to my latest e-mails. Now I'm hearing they have stopped trading. They even offered a 50% sale a few days back and shut down the next day so obviously they have done that just to scam money out of people. I'm being told a certain Sam Marshall is responsible and has done this before. They even had the indecency to reply to me a month ago saying it had been sent out even though they were clearly scamming me. Absolute crooks! Hopefully this guy can be hunted down and made to pay for his crimes. There's some absolute degenerates out there. Hope all my Pop collecting counterparts will be able to get compensation along with myself.

There is an ongoing investigation into the affairs of Collekt and it’s director at this time. This was started in consultation with Trading Standards well over a month ago.
We are also looking at the exact details of how the company shut down with a full order book. Proof of insolvency will be sought, as evidence that they are unable to refund creditors.

This is the second time that this seller has set up a company, got into trouble keeping up with orders and then done a last minute cash grab. Watch out for another company under a new name run by the same man, Sam Marshall. He's done this at least twice now, if not more. Those who have purchased from the sale, had pre-orders or awaiting delivery... claim via paypal and immediately escalate your claim, email Collekt and show your details to your bank along with the closed webpage, plus the instagram post made about the closure.

The company have said if you've paid via PayPal then your to open a case against them.

Basically you've got to contact your bank, credit card company, PayPal or any other means of original payment to get a refund. If you can't be bothered they keep the money. Which I think is what the crooks where up to, and hoping people wouldn't bother.

Completely vanished off social media, so it's hard for us the vulnerable to rally together.

Nooooo all my bloody pre orders including the one from nov that ive been complaining about. And then to offer a 50% off sale and go under like 6 hours later? They must have known they where going under and done that damn sale to recoup some losses. Theres no way i can get my £75 back from november, i spent £120 on that bloody sale. And another £70 on another two pops i orderd last month. How can they get away with this????

Absolutely disgusting service! I first used Collekt before Xmas and ordered a POP for a present, and was guaranteed it would arrive in time.....it finally arrived in March!! This was only after sending a very blunt email that got their attention, after they had totally ignored all my previous messages. After a few months I decided to order from them again to get my son one of the ECCC POPs, and now they’ve stopped trading without any warning.
Not surprised in the slightest considering how they ran the company, they were always quick enough to take your money and promise the world, and then they didn’t even have the decency to reply to an email!
I’m obviously not expecting my POP to arrive now, and I’m gutted for everyone that has lost money, but I’m actually glad they’re gone! Yes they might have been able to source rare POPs, but when people are getting ripped off left right and centre we’re better off without them!

The order never showed up they kept saying it was on its way it would be with me the following week. This was after waiting a month as it was a preordered item. 2 months later the order still hasnt turned up and now they have closed down the business and ignoring any emails. Complete crooks no wonder they've closed down. contact paypal or banks as you will not get your ordered item.

Confirmed SCAM! They announced a 50% clearance a couple of days ago and today 25/5 with a long weekend & bank holiday they shut down their website, claiming they had stoped trading. All of you waiting orders contact your banks or paypal to get your refunds.

Very good at getting pop vinyls from America or round the world, tend to find them sometimes a bit expensive but then again they are hard to get hold of ones, I would definitely say give them a look in.

Had no problems with this order or delivery, came in a pop protector and the box was pristine. Product was great and would order again with no problems.

Terrible customer service. Send out the wrong or damaged items and just ignore all communication...except when you raise a Paypal case.
