J'ai commandé sur votre site.....malheureusement pas de bol pour moi, vous vous êtes trompés dans l'envoi de ma commande, je n'ai pas reçu les bons produits ( colis reçu le 6 février ! ). Votre SAV ne réponds pas à mes messages, vous n'êtes pas honnêtes, vous ne daignez même pas corriger votre erreur et me répondre malgré les mails et photos que je vous ai envoyé du colis reçu ! Je suis extrêmement déçue

Ich habe BH Cosmetics erstmal bei DM entdeckt. Sie haben meine Aufmerksamkeit durch diese "Leaping Bunny" was auch immer Zeug gewonnen. Ich habe mir dann die "Digital Future" Pallette gekauft und ich liebe die. Sie ist eine perfekte Mischung aus Nudes und Glitzer. 😍 Dann habe ich mich entschieden zu Ostern was zu bestellen, als sie viele Rabatte und ein Ostergeschenk zu der Bestellung hatten! Ich habe mir 3 der Monatspalletten bestellt (Juli, April und Dezember), 2 Glitzereyeliner und eine liquid Eyeshadow in rot. Ich hatte keine Probleme mit der Lieferung, ich konnte sie ganz bequem online bei DHL tracken und die Ware kamen wie angekündigt nach wenigen Tagen an. 😍 Die Monatspalletten sind einfach meine Lieblingspaletten bis jetzt, ich liebe die Ordnung der Farben, man kann mit einer Pallette einfach einen kompletten Look gestalten. 🥰 Die Glitzereyeliner finde ich leider nicht so toll, man kann coole Looks damit gestalten, aber der Aplikator finde ich unbequem und ich habe so ein unangenehmes Gefühl an die Augenliedern. Der liquid Eyeshadow ist an sich ok, aber irgendwie schaffe ich es nicht, den richtig aufzutragen und ich finde einfach keine online tutorial Videos dazu. 🤔 Das Ostergeschenk, hab ich mir erstmal gedacht, wäre irgendeine nutzlose Schminktasche oder so etwas. Aber... Es war eine komplette Pallette!!! Omg ich war so begeistert davon, es war die Hangin in Hawaii Pallette, die voller Nude Farben ist. Ich liebe sie, damit gestalte ich immer einen everyday, natürlichen Look!
Ich habe vor das nächste Mal deren Lashes auszuprobieren als sie immer mega auf Fotos von anderen aussehen. 😍

I love buying their products. A lot of stuff is super affordable and the 4 payment installment makes it easier. Their eyeshadows are very pigmented and there is a wide selection of eyeshadow palettes to choose from. Their false eyelashes look great and last. Shipping is always less than 3 weeks for me. Probably because of my location.

Made the mistake of ordering online. They ship FedEx and I’ve received three separate notifications three separate days and still no delivery. FedEx is sloppy and useless, using the pandemic as an excuse. Delivery delays are understandable, erroneous impending delivery notices are not. Contacted BH and they vomit up the same sad excuse and, unbelievably, state to wait for the next notice. Awful customer service. Never again.

Bei meiner Lieferung haben 3 (von 9) Teile gefehlt. Fand ich im Zeitalter der digitalen Möglichkeiten schon enttäuschend.
Für 2 davon hatte ich eine Information und Gutschrift bekommen.
Für den 3. fehlenden Artikel habe ich die Kommunikation mit dem "Service" abgebrochen und auf die Gutschrift verzichtet. Obwohl ich schon ein Bild des Lieferscheins mit entsprechender Fehlt-Markierung aus dem Versand geschickt hatte, wolle man erst noch weitere Bilder... Zermürbend
Wundere mich auch, daß sie das nicht anhand Ihrer Warenbestände oder Lagersoftware selbst sehen können.
Der 2. Stern ist dafür, daß ich die Produkte eigentlich sehr schätze. Sollte man halt nur unbedingt im Drogeriemarkt kaufen, nicht auf der Homepage...

Ich habe die Produkte aus dem -70% Sale in weniger als einer Woche erhalten und mit den Produkten von BH Cosmetics bin ich sowieso immer zufrieden! Leider konnte ein Artikel nicht mehr zugestellt werden, weil er schon ausverkauft war, da habe ich das Geld sehr schnell zurück erstattet bekommen, ich würde jederzeit wieder bestellen :) Die Anmerkung auf der Rechnung "Liebevoll von ... verpackt" ist auch toll und zeigt, dass BH Cosmetics sich um ihre Kunden kümmert.

Update- it’s been over 12 days now that my parcel has not been delivered. Hermes have mentioned on their we dogs that the sender should contact them if they parcel is stuck for more than 7 days. BH cosmetics have now completely refused to reply. I will file consumer complaint. Expensive lesson learnt, never to order from cheap small American companies. There is no difference between ordering from bh cosmetics and Aliexpress.
Really bad customer service. I ordered products worth over $100 from their website last month. They sent through a cheap shipping company and now my package is lost.
I have emailed the company a few times and I always receive a robotic response stating they can’t contact the company.

Going forward; I am going to stick to ordering from U.K and European companies and websites. At least I get my money back if my parcels are lost.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from a US website to the U.K. and faced irresponsible behaviour and lost money.

Wonderful makeup palettes for an amazing deal! The first liquid liner I got was from BH Cosmetics and I fell in love effortlessly!

The reason I am giving this company 3 stars is because I find the quality of their eyeshadow varies from palette to palette. The icecream shop palettes ARE REMARKABLE, BUT, the other ones I find dry and hard to blend. There are a few other ones that are good too. But it's hard for me to give a four star rating when there are so much inconsistencies across the board. I WOULD RECCOMEND YOU TRY FOR YOURSELF WE ALL HAVE DIFFERENT EXPERIENCES!

I ordered my ultimate nuetrals palette, though I was nervous due to the reviews however I believe it was due to the pandemic... though we are still in it shipping has since improved. I received my palette today undamaged. I ordered on June 14 and it arrived today on June 23, 2021.

Made an order on 21st February worth 78.44 USD. It has been 66 days in transit and stll no clue.When contacted customer service, got a reply saying my order is on its way and delay due to current pandemic( More than 2 months 😉 ). After that no reply at all.No money No package. Eventhough I get it after this, I did not order to get those stuff to get delivered after 03 months I ordered those. Do not waste your money on them

Ich habe mittlerweile schon mehrfach Produkte von Bh Cosmetics online gekauft. Alle Produkte waren immer super verpackt, sodass nie etwas kaputt war, als es bei mir ankam. Bei keiner Bestellung musste ich länger als 3-4 Tage warten. Die Paletten sind super pigmentiert und an der Haltbarkeit gibt es auch nichts zu meckern. Ich würde die Seite und die Produkte jederzeit weiterempfehlen und wieder kaufen.

I placed an order for a palette of shadows and a palette of blushes and I did not receive my products and they did not send the products or refund my money. I have not received any help from them, they do not have professional ethics and their customer service is null. I don’t recommend.

I ordered a gift card the day before thanksgiving of 2020 for a Christmas gift. Five minutes after ordering, I got one email stating my credit card was charged, and two minutes later I got another email saying they've mailed the gift card to me. Ten days later, I still hadn't seen the gift card in my mail so I emailed and asked about it. They said they don't give tracking for gift cards because it's just in an envelope and to give it another few days to arrive. A week later, it still hadn't arrived so I emailed again asking for another gift card or a refund. They emailed back a few days later and said they don't mail about physical gift cards. Instead, there was supposed to be a link in my first email with a link to the gift card that I was supposed to print off. There was not a link in the email for a gift card, which I repeatedly told three different "customer service" people. I then took up a complaint with Better Business Bureau. The day the case was going to close, they finally responded to my complaint and emailed a response to me with the gift card link. (this was on January 4, so it had been 6 weeks since I ordered the gift card and past Christmas so I couldn't give it to the person I had purchased it for) I then used the gift card to buy products with, since I couldn't give it as a gift. I had planned to give the items to the local shelter- they were collecting items so their residents could get dressed up for interviews and jobs. I placed the order on Jan 4, 2021, and still waiting for a shipping confirmation. It's now 3 weeks later. I've emailed to ask when my items will be shipped and so far no one has responded. My BBB complaint is still open; I've stated I will not close the case until I have products in hand. They have until Feb 6 to respond.

my item sadly arrived dameg. I sent a e-mail to bh cosmetic whit photo. They solved my problem right away :D

Placed an order on tuesday and realised i made a mistake. Contacted them straight away. No response. Sent another email. Still no response as of Sunday. Now I am stuck with receiving an order that I wanted to either amend or ultimately cancel. Absolutely non existent customer service. I will no lo her be dealing with them. If I can't find it in a shop then I will not be purchasing it from now on.

Première commande sur Bh cosmetics site officiel allemand. Impeccable ! J'ai pu avoir de belle promotions et beaucoup de choix et nouveautés. Colis arrivé très rapidement (Belgique) en excellent état et très bien protégé ! Juste un bémol... La livraison est assez chère. Merci à Bh cosmetics allemagne. Car très belle découverte et chance d'avoir un site officiel de la marque en Europe.

I'm so mad at this company. I know that BH is a low price, drugstore makeup company, so my issue is not about quality at all. My problem is that I've ordered my package almost 3 months ago!!!!! I've contacted customer service that told me it's because of the pandemic and were very rude, impatient and unhelpful. the package arrived to my country after two weeks, and then it was held for a month and a half!!!!!! with my postal office telling me it is being sorted before shipped to my city. I've contacted the customer service team that once again offered no help. After a month and a half of being held here, my package was sent (for no apparent reason) to Brazil!! which is the other side of the world from me!!!!!!! I've told the customer service about what happened, and they told me my address was incorrect (it was as correct as can be) and that I need to contact Brazil's postal office to provide my correct address!!!!! after I told them it makes no sense, they told me they'll see what they can do and then ghosted me for two weeks. i'm now waiting for their response before reporting them as a fraud. Would never recommend this company.
