Company mislabelled item and refused to accept return
I ordered a baby moses mattress, it was listed as 'natural fibre' and 'firm'. It was neither of these and so synthetic there's no way I'd want my baby sleeping on this.
The company refused to accept a return, so now we're left with a matress that's just going to be used as an animal bed...not worth the hassle.

Amazing customer service
I was accidentally sent the wrong item. I contacted and by the next day the replacement had already been sent out. The staff were so professional offering amazing customer service! Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing! And customer service 10 out of 10! Need some help as my son is autistic and had ripped he’s special blankets from 3-4 years ago and they help me straight away great customer service and now have sent out some fabric for my sons blanket to be repaired! Amazing x

Speedy service for order mistake
There was one items missing from my recent order. When I emailed customer service about it, they got back to me within 13 minutes to say they had sent the missing item. Incredibly speedy!

Great Support When I Ordered the Wrong Size Mattress
I accidentally ordered the wrong size mattress (completely my fault), but Robyn from the customer service team was fantastic. She was friendly, responsive, and made it really easy to arrange the return for a refund. Great customer service and a great experience overall.

Avoid this company!
Avoid this company! Ordered a Moses basket cover only to be sent the wrong item! Not only did they send me the wrong item but the cover had marks all over it too. I don’t want the hassle of sending it back as I’ve read other customers reviews who said they never receive their refunds. Will not be using this company again. Terrible!

This is the worst company to deal with.
I have bought 2 items from them at different times. Both times the item came faulty, and by fault I mean broken. Wrong screws provided. And overall the customer service was horrendous. They respond when they feel like it and will try to draw out the time left on the return policy so they can avoid refunds.
Avoid avoid avoid.
I'm still waiting to return the item and get a refund. I sent them a request a week ago.
*UPDATE*
After sending another email telling them I was planning on escalating this issue they replied and provided a refund.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're very sorry to hear about your experience. We can assure you that we do our best to get back to customers within 48 hours. A Full replacement stand was offered on the 28th July to replace the faulty stand, however this was rejected on the 28th July as another one was purchased. We then advised on the 30th that we had passed your refund request over to Tesco who would issue the refund as this is where your item was purchased from.
We hope that you received your refund from Tesco.
