The team at Clair De Lune have been fantastic, they have been very consistent and efficient with contacting myself regarding the Moses basket I purchased.

I purchased the wrong colour so emailed the team and they responded very efficiently and have rectified the matter.

Many thanks to Rebecca who was extremely helpful in sorting out our self inflicted problem.
We managed to lightly split one of the pieces of wood on the rocker due to over tightening.
Rebeca sent out a replacement quickly and with no charge.

I had an issue with a footmuff . I spoke to Robyn at Customer service who dealt with my problem in a polite and caring manner. Not only that but she arranged a really quick return and exchange. I am delighted with the look and quality of my new footmuff. Amazing customer service!!

Similar to another review I ordered a foot muff directly from them and it absolutely stank even after several washes that left my washing machine smelling terrible. They sent a replacement and it has the same smell. For a company that sells to parents they make the process a horrible ordeal. I have asked many times for a refund and it is not forthcoming. I would never buy from them again, more hassle than it’s worth and gross products I don’t want anywhere near my baby.

I purchased a £550 oak cotbed from Claire de lune and received confirmation of the order and then nothing. It was supposed to be delivered within a week. No contact. I call them and they apologise and say they don’t have any mattresses. Why are they selling things they don’t have supply for? Why was there no contact? They apologise and offer me some sheets (what a joke). Promise the order will be delivered within a week. A week goes by, no correspondence. I phone again. They don’t have any mattresses, again. Ask for compensation, they respond with ‘we don’t offer compensation’, ask when I can expect my cot bed, they respond with ‘we don’t know’. What. A. Jokes. You’re selling essential baby products. Do better. Stay ‘clair’ is all I can say.

I ordered a footmuff through boots arrived promptly but has such an awful smell I’ve tried contacting clair-de-lune but had no response I’ve now tried washing item and after 2 washes the smell is still overbearing really smells like mothballs definitely not suitable to be used

I needed a change on my order and they accommodated my request really quickly without any issues. Excellent customer service.

This company is committing false advertising. I selected a folding crib for use downstairs. Upon arrival, the item was a mess and had clearly been returned by someone else. I selected this item because it is listed as organic and natural. The reality is that it has a plank insert comprised of MDF which is conveniently missing from the item description/specification. I would never have bought this item had it been correctly advertised. Our baby was born with medical difficulties and spent a while in NICU and therefore we could not endure more stress or afford to waste time and money in returning the item and waiting for something else, so sadly we had to wash the material basket and build it despite not wanting to use a product with MDF in it. I had read reviews about people struggling to be reimbursed for returns so sadly this wasn’t an option for us.
I have raised the issue with the company who have not apologised for the false advertising and who claim they do not list items for sale that have been returned. All they have done is ‘generously’ offer to waive the return item fee and ask for the item description to be updated….
I would never purchase from this company again as they cannot be trusted. If you are selecting this company due to their green credentials when it comes to materials, make sure the listed specification is accurate and true!

Great customer relations ! We had a good and quick ,order delivery ,all was good and the dressing to our crib was so soft ,but we had a splinter in the wicker I just thought I would mention this in an E Mail,and Robyn came back swiftly and all was solved, thank you again Clair de Lune, and Robyn

Replied within 24 hours and was extremely helpful from first response.

Ordered my cot, mattress and changing table online, had it sent for delivery they use Evri and even though we had a few complications along the way, Clair de Lune were there for me on email 100% of the way.
Can't explain how amazing they've been, replying to emails straight away. Tracked down lost orders and resent them out to me, on the same day.
Honestly could not recommend enough!

Beautiful, organic, well-made products that my baby loves!

I ordered the organic cotton mat and was sent the wooden baby gym by mistake. Clair de Lune let me keep the baby gym free of charge as a gesture of goodwill and immediately sent me the mat I had originally ordered. Fantastic customer service & I'm very grateful!!

Now my baby has a beautiful, non-toxic space to play in. Thank you, Clair de Lune!

I found 4 bedbugs in my basket. Though they take great care of the baskets and fumigate them as per the email they sent, this one must’ve slipped through the cracks. Asked for a refund but refused as I didn’t have photographic evidence, I mean I was trying to get my baby away and the basket out the house asap, photographing was the last thing on my mind. Though they did offer a replacement basket which is fair. But I was put off by the whole bedbugs I refused. Rather have my money back. The stand was fine, easy to assemble. Price of the basket in general was also affordable. Just a shame about the bugs.

Sent a moses basket that was unstable, incorrect screws, the basket was broken and splintering. Stand was poorly made. Would not accept the photographs stating there was nothing wrong with their product and that they will not resolve the issue regardless that it could cause injury

Not only does Clair de Lune sell amazing products - one of their beatiful baby quilts has bedn a much loved family heirloom for over 30yrs - but their team are exceptional. I reached out to them asking for assistance reguarding a particular design and they could have been more helpful. They really went above and beyond and myself and my partner couldn't be more grateful. Thank you Clair de Lune team!

Lovely company! Very quick and helpful with responding to questions etc, the Moses basket is beautiful!

The customer service was very helpful. Enquired about an order placed via boots platform which I never received. They were able to trace it that it was delivered but because I never had the tracking information did not know my parcel was and so it went missing. However, the customer service team reissued another of the item to be sent to me.

Couldn’t believe the Customer Service I have received.

I contacted C.S. to say I had been given a Silver Cloud Sheep Bouncer, (second hand). I explained it did not have the removable head support and wondered if I would be able to purchase it.

I was totally amazed to be told one would be sent out to me free of charge! Here we are, an amazing 3 days later and I have the head support.
