I contacted Clair de Lune customer services on Monday regarding an issue with the mattress that came with my Moses basket. They were incredibly helpful (thank you Robyn!) and arranged for a replacement to be sent out. I received the new mattress by Wednesday!

I’m really impressed with how quickly and efficiently they dealt with my issue, especially as we’re getting everything ready for our new baby. It’s so reassuring to have such helpful and responsive customer service.
I would definitely recommend to others.

We love the moses basket and stand, baby occasionally thinks otherwise but that's all part of the fun.

Our moses basket was missing the fixtures to assemble the hood. Unfortunately we realised this months after we ordered the item with our baby due within weeks. Robyn from customer services was great and got us replacement fixtures shipped out. She responded to our emails super fast, great customer service all round 😊

So impressed with this company. I just received our solid oak cot bed and it's absolutely beautiful. I am always eager to verify green claims that companies make so I reached out to customer service before I bought the bed and asked them for more details on their materials, including chemical testing and confirmation about the standards that the bed complies with. They wrote back really quickly and shared evidence of their tests, including some very much optional testing they've done on chemical safety. I really really appreciated this - it shows how seriously they take the safety of their products.

They was very helpful and sent me the parts I needed free of charge.

Placed an order and paid for an item showing as in stock received confirmation then heard nothing for over 10 days. Emailed them to query and just received an order cancelled email. Eventually then got an apology email saying the item was out of stock.

I fully appreciate mistakes happen - but the onus should not be on the customer to recognise or rectify the issue. I will not be using again, regardless of how good their products or prices may be.

Excellent customer service had an issue with courier saying they delivered it with proof of photo which was not correct. Contacted customer service and replacement sent out. Robyn responded quickly to emails sent with updates. Bought lovely Moses basket bundle at a great price for my granddaughter. Highly recommend Clair de lune.

I purchased a Moses basket, stand and some sheets from here a month or so ago. Communication re the order and delivery was great and the item arrived. Myself and my partner went to build the moses basket stand yesterday however noticed that there was a piece missing in the wooden stand and we couldn’t screw a part in.

I contacted customer services via email yesterday midday and before 9 this morning, the lovely Rebecca had wrote back to me to apologise for the fault and to let us know she’s ordered another stand for us and that I’ll shortly receive comms with the delivery info.

Very good customer service. I had an issue with one of the items purchased and it was quickly replaced and received within a couple of days.

We ordered some goods online for our first grandchild and when the goods arrived unfortunately there was an item missing, I e-mailed customer service who responded very quickly and resolved the issue with no hesitation, the lady was very helpful and understanding which was a breath of fresh air will definitely be using again

I needed to replace the mattress for my folding crib which are now discontinued 😞 after phoning around all morning and going into mid afternoon with no success on locating one I call Clair de lune direct OMG Jessy was absolutely amazing she went above and beyond to help me and I was so so grateful for her help .. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and if you happen to get Jessy you will be guaranteed to get your issues/problems sorted , just want to say a massive thank you for all your help today Jessy 🥰

Beautiful product and impeccable customer service throughout. Rapid and communicative over email with all my questions. The cot and other products are even better than they looked on the site.
