Since this was my first time doing a service I was quite unfamiliar with how it all worked. Luckily Javonte at citygate ruislip attended to me and was of great service. He explained any questions I had and was very efficient. Thanks!

I was very satisfied with the repairs made to my car and was grateful that the garage completed the diagnosis and repairs within a couple of days after it was towed in by RAC. Was kept well informed by the garage throughout.

I have been coming to the Colindale Citygate service branch for ten years to service my car.
All the service staff have been great from the team that greet you in the morning to the mechanics and the team washing my car. Always happy to take my car to Citygate knowing that they will all do a professional job.
I wanted to thank Tosana who managed my car service and mot. She has previously managed my car service and mot and she was great this time. Always polite and providing excellent customer service. She always goes above and beyond and always with a smile. I also wanted to thank Pedro as he is a legend and always provides great customer service. I went to pick up my car the next morning and received great service. They all have time for you as a customer which is really nice to see.

Very friendly and professional

Horrible experience.
I have booked a Cupra Formentor VZ2 and even after making the full payment don’t have any clue about the delivery.
The salesman called me multiple times and said the car can be delivery in 2 days, forced me to get the hire purchase and then went on leave and still without admitting the failure as a salesman and a company is delaying the delivery after the full payment. Most of the time won’t pick the calls. I had made them aware about my wife’s delivery date and rather than correcting their mistakes, they are making the situation worse. I wouldn’t want anyone to go through such a hassle and waste of time. Please don’t purchase anything from them.

Citygate Watford is just excellent, Neli was exceptional, she explained in details about my cupra formentor servicing process and advised on the next steps on getting a service plan, was really happy with her service, been coming here for 4 years now never had an issue. highly recommend.

My car went in for an MOT and service. 5star experience from the start. Great communication throughout, very happy with the service I received. Terrible experience with this garage. My son received a recall letter from VW about an air bag. Took the car in as booked yesterday, waited for 2 hours then someone came out & said they haven’t had time to look at it. When he drove the car in there was no problem with the power steering driving absolutely fine, no warning light, just passed its MOT 2 weeks ago & had a full service. When he picked the car up today it was completely broken he could barely drive it home, the power steering wasn’t working, vw said they logged a problem with the power steering but there was nothing wrong with it until it was left at this garage. Stay away from this garage there is something not quite right here !!!
