Terrible experience with this garage. My son received a recall letter from VW about an air bag. Took the car in as booked yesterday, waited for 2 hours then someone came out & said they haven’t had time to look at it. When he drove the car in there was no problem with the power steering driving absolutely fine, no warning light, just passed its MOT 2 weeks ago & had a full service. When he picked the car up today it was completely broken he could barely drive it home, the power steering wasn’t working, vw said they logged a problem with the power steering but there was nothing wrong with it until it was left at this garage. Stay away from this garage there is something not quite right here !!!

From the welcoming smile of the receptionist to the lady who dealt with our brake fluid service everyone was exemplary including the washing of our car.

They have been helpful , advised me honestly about tyre replacement when , Halfords said I needed tyres I didn’t , great to be helped , service was done efficiently and good price too , so really happy , Anush has been personable and helpful and totally efficient organising everything.

I arrived at 07.40 for a while you wait service and Mot , they don’t open there doors till 8.00 am prompt only to be told it wasn’t a while you wait service , eventually the workshop supervisor, who was dressed for a camp site said he would organise , I go back at 10.40 and are told at 11.00 my bill is being produced , then at 11.20 I’m presented with a bill with two tyres charged for but not fitted ie over £900.00 when questioned oh there’s a mistake and I’m eventually charged under £300.00 , I do think if they want repeat business they need to up there service ,

Excellent customer service provided by Mark from the Customer Services Team from the Citygate Ruislip Team. Mark was helpful, knowledgeable and always goes the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy. He takes full ownership of issues and sees them through until completion.

I arrived at 9.55 for a 10.00 appointment. There was difficulty getting into the place and no where to park. The receptionist said I would have to wait to be attended to. After 20 minutes I had seen no-one and my courtesy car was not ready. The receptionist was most unhelpful and said it was nothing to do with her. I had to telephone to find out when my car would be ready to collect. However when I went back at 4.00 pm there were different people there who were all very polite and helpful.

I was booked in by a very efficient receptionist who was very welcoming.
I was explained the process and left my keys with her.
On returning the wait was minimal. The female mechanic Chase came out and explained what work had been carried out and understood how anxious I was bringing car in, as my husband who recently passed away always dealt with the car. Very professional and compassionate.
My experience from start to finish was excellent, and I was rewarded with a bottle of wine and clean car!

The Service Department and particularly Clare, looked after my booking very well.

Laura at Citygate in St Albans looked after me and my vehicle very well. There had been some miscommunication about what my car had been booked in for but she was able to sort the issue out. This meant the inconvenience to me was minimised and the work required on the car was completed on time. Laura was helpful, friendly and efficient - thank you Laura!

Everything went smoothly. The staff were polite. We got a report back with a video which was easy to understand.

Cupra Slough. We have dealt with Adil Ali, what a really lovely guy. Extremely polite, very helpful and honest. He was very fair and a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend Adil and our new Formentor is brilliant, thanks Adil, see you in a few years for another 😃
