Horrible Horrible Horrible Quality and the company will not return your full amount. The items do not look like the pictures. I just experienced this, please do not order from this site. Spend $100 some place else. You will be disappointed.

Good quality and worth the wait!

I think people tend to write reviews if they've either had a particularly good or bad service, so I just wanted to give my honest review, and generally I'm very impressed! I purchased a two piece item, one part was in stock and the other wasn't but was shipped 5 days later separately. It would be good to see stock levels, but at the moment they don't seem to have that functionality. It does take a while to deliver to the UK, but really this can be overlooked if you give yourself enough time because the product is excellent. They items I brought were surprisingly good quality for the price and I'd shop with Ciciful again.

cheap knock off marked up

The item I received did not look like the picture, for an item that cost me 80 dollars I could have gotten for similar quality for 10 dollars off of AliExpress. The material was not denim, the cut was shapeless. A cheap knock off of another product marked up

It’s is a hit and miss kind of a place

It’s is a hit and miss kind of a place. Sometimes you order and it’s better than expect but sometimes it’s not very good.
It’s takes time to arrive but I can’t find such unique clothing anywhere else in uk for some reason. So I’m more than happy to take a gamble now and then and hope that what I ordered will look great on me haha. Just be careful with the sizes.
But they should think about getting a shop on ASOS !

I only made myorder a day or 2 ago..

I only made my.order a day or 2 ago... never received any order number or receipt.. so if the order doesnt come then they can justify not sending it because they failed to provide anything! I hope all goes well with this because i didnt just want to waste $100 for absolutely nothing!

Completely different item.

Ordered an item in January and finally received today 18/04. The item I have received is completely different to what I ordered. It does even come close to resembling my purchased item. I originally asked for a refund in February as the item was not going to arrive in time and they make it extremely painful to get your money back. Absolute useless site and would never purchase here again.

The underwear I purchased were USED already, and had been washed and dried with tags removed.

Support refuse to refund.

Avoid this filthy scam website.

Long delivery times, wrong products

Ordered 12 items on the 1st of February and the order today is still not complete (12.04.). Two Months and 11 Days and still not all Items arrived. Worst of all, two of the Products are completely different Products. I dont want to wait another couple months to receive the Products that I paid for!

Excellent product

Excellent product. Fits well. Shipping was delayed but CICIFUL reached out to me about that and offered refund, different item, or waiting on product.

Mauvaise Qualité (produit et service)

Je ne vous recommande pas d’acheter sur ce site. Les photos ne représentent pas la réalité des produits.
Les tailles des produits ne sont pas dans les standards français (taille S = taille L)
Produits sont de très mauvaises qualité (confection et tissu)
Tout vient de Chine
Il est indiqué « Easy return », il n’en est rien… les frais de retour sont à la charge de l’acheteur et le retour se fait à NY (minimum 50€ depuis la France)

Citiful has nice things but they have a…

Citiful has nice things but they have a horribly annoying habit of advertising and selling items on their website that aren’t readily available to be shipped out. It’s happened to me twice. The first time , I will take on the chin because I didn’t see “pre-order” in the fine print. The 2nd time I looked and that disclosure wasn’t there and my shipment was STILL partially shipped. They are quick to take your money but slow to produce the goods. This will most definitely be my very last time ordering g from this company and I urge ppl to take caution. It could be WHENEVER before you get your items

I saw a front pic of an item

I saw a front pic of an item, I asked them and 'support' said to be a brief. After waiting +30 days (I was told 'the item was new'), I received an item completely different: it seemed to be made of rubbish bags rather than neoprene, it was supposed to be adjustable (it is not), one suspender was longer than the other one. On top, they did not want to provide info about how to return the item.

Your response tries to put the situation on me (”expectations”). Customer service said lies about the item. My expectation was that the item would look like the picture, and it looked like made out of rubbish bags. I wasted time and money…so do not dare to say “expectations were met”…you guys lie to sell your products

May not get order number

Placed large order, no confirmation email or order number. So upset, such BS I spent a lot of time on the site I was genuinely excited to get them

UPDATE: their support team reached out and helped and I’m very happy with the products I purchased. If they get their ordering system communication fixed I’ll be a repeat customer for sure.
