I absolutely love ordering for this…

I absolutely love ordering for this website 💯 they are very nice I never had no problem with anything really amazing response team can't say nothing bad clothes very nice cute good fabric I always get so many complements when I ware the clothes are absolutely stunning fit perfectly definitely will be ordering more this is my 3 time ordering from them and I had no issues at all can't wait for my new order to arrive so I can shock people with how stunning the clothes really are.

Wrong Items over and over again

I first did an order of 7 items and 3 of them wasn't at all what I ordered and paid for. They didn't offered me a refund but only a cedit coupon that even wasn't equivalent of the price of the Items I paid for... The catch is that you can't combine coupons with any sale on their website. So with the coupons, I was only able to by 1.5 Items, so I took 2 and had to paid the 16$ shipping fees again. When I receice the new order : same thing ! One of the items wasn't at all what I ordered. And this time they where not willing to refund me the value of the coupon that I use, only the diffence that I paid on the Item and nothing for the shipping fees or course. On a 51$ value Item, they told me the best they could do is to refund me 6,46$, saying that's what I paid (the other part was paid with the previous credit coupon). I'll never buy anything else from them. This company isn't serious at all.

Never use them the material is cheap, and sizing is way off from what is expected too.

Shipping has been pretty accurate from every order. The Customer Support Department have handled response/turn around time expeditiously. The products are exactly as shown when making my selections and for myself, the merchandise are ture to size.

Sold out / Confirmed order/ Said shipped

I ordered and confirmed these pants, then got a response that they were sold out and offered another color, that was also confirmed and then I get a 3rd email saying these are sold out.
You need to get a better grip on inventory management and say confirmed. Lame.

Total waste of time fake site

Total waste of time fake site. Placed an order 28th Feb, 2 weeks later hadn't even shipped. Emailed them, they replied saying I had ordered a pre-order item. Nothing on the site said it was a pre order item and in fact the item stated (and still does) that it is in stock and will be shipped in 24 hours. They then said they will ship it within 10 days. Another 10 days passed still not shipped. Bunch of liars, stay well away

Buyers Beware! China-based retailer. Not trustworthy!

Proceed with extreme caution!

Ciciful is masquerading as a normal online store. It is not. The website is really the front-end for a China-based store, similar to the big Chinese retailers like Ali. This is why shipping takes such a long time.

The major problem, from my experience and reading online reviews, is that Ciciful does NOT have products in-stock. Instead, Ciciful has to source items from the manufacturer when you place an order. This takes a lot of time in addition to the shipping.

For example, I ordered an item which the website clearly states “The item is in stock and will be shipped in 24 hours at the latest”. Almost two weeks passed and my item still hadn’t shipped, so I contacted Ciciful. They responded within 24 hours (which to be fair is positive!) and confirmed they couldn’t fulfil my order anytime soon. Instead, Ciciful cancelled my order and processed a refund.

Now, due to exchange rate fluctuations, I was actually refunded less than I paid, plus I wasted time placing an order which Ciciful couldn’t fulfil. This is simply not good enough! Ciciful cost me time and money and offered nothing in exchange.

Also, Ciciful told me they would remove the stock and dispatch claim from their website. However, now, several weeks later, the item’s webpage still states the item is “in stock” and “will be shipped in 24 hours”. Ciciful CANNOT be trusted.

The most frustrating thing about Ciciful is that the website lists so many unique items that are difficult to find elsewhere, but it is incapable of delivering any items quickly. If Ciciful could dispatch items quickly and with fast shipping, it would be unbeatable.

So, save yourself time and money… pay attention to the Trustpilot reviews and buy from another online website. Even if you can’t find the exact same item, don’t order from Ciciful – it is just going to waste your time, energy and money.

If you shop with Ciciful, you will be disappointed.

Happy/Not Happy

My first shopping experience with Ciciful, was great. Product took a while to get to Australia but arrived and I loved it. It was a green one peice with shoulder pads for an event. Top quality.

Second shopping experience I spent AUD$360. Wait time is a bit annoying.
One peice I purchased I am unhappy with. It is not what the picture portrayed and iv asked to return but still waiting to hear back.

I also didn’t receive one of my outfits and I believe it hasn’t even been sent yet. Haven’t heard back. The other outfits and shirt I received aren’t quite the quality I was expecting for the price however over all am happy with them. They are different and are a vibe.

Hopefully this last shopping experience ends up being a positive one and I hear back.

They lied the whole time

I ordered a couple of items on PRE-ORDER, they spent weeks and weeks saying they were expediting the production of my items, and then they told me they were out of stock!
How did they go out of stock if I ordered them on pre-order???
Don't buy from them, it is a scam.

Wrong item delivered

I ordered a snake skin jeans set for men.. these people delivered me a dress. Like really,, how can you confuse a men's set for a dress???? I requested a full refund. Hell it took 4 months to deliver the wrong product.. these people need to be shut down. Had I known they were in China, I would've never shopped with them.. ordered this suit in October,, got a dress in February.. don't shop with these people

Don’t do it!!!

This is now the second time I’ve ordered from Ciciful and after giving a second chance due to a not good first experience I should have just taken that as my clue to no longer order from here. The first order I was sending a completely different item than what I ordered and given a small “credit” for the store. I purchased these next two items and they arrived and they clearly have their own made up sizing chart because the size I ordered was no where near what a normal size should be. Now having to go through the return process again which is NOT easy I’m told I cannot return and only worth a few dollars because I was never refunded fully from first order. I will never do business with this company again and will be sure to share my experience with others so they too do not get sucked in to purchasing from this sketchy company.

This brand is just full of crap

This brand is just full of crap. What's displayed on the website is far, far, far from what is delivered. There is absolutely no match to what one's paid for. Such a total rip-off and totally deceptive. Ciciful is just sinful and needs to be held accountable for dodging customers. I spent $53 on a product that isn't worth even $5. Utter rubbish, extremely bad quality and let's not even talk about size.

Halloween Costume

The item came about three weeks after I ordered. Its a cheap version of what you see online. I ordered a halloween costume but its too cheap to actually wear out. The return process is so intense its not even worth it. I wouldnt order from them again.
