May not get order number

Placed large order, no confirmation email or order number. So upset, such BS I spent a lot of time on the site I was genuinely excited to get them

UPDATE: their support team reached out and helped and I’m very happy with the products I purchased. If they get their ordering system communication fixed I’ll be a repeat customer for sure.

I ordered a sequin jacket on 30 Jan

I ordered a sequin jacket on 30 Jan. It was shipped on 31st Jan. It hadn’t arrived by 15/2 I raised a complaint on that date. There was lots of back and forth. By the 25th Feb the courier provided me with an email confirming it was a lost package. I provided this evidence. We continue to have back and forth and still no refund! Do not rely on this company doing the right thing! CICIFUL then responded on this site that it was one day since I provided evidence This is not true this is the second time I provided evidence! They would not accept the information provided by the courier service the first time. So they are also untruthful! Furthermore despite the response below the only email I actually received from on my actual email address from them was that the customer team is taking over the management of my complaint. Here is an idea resolve the complaint I raised via PayPal and repay the amount you owe me.

Amazing experience with the products…

Amazing experience with the products being better than advertised 90 percent of the time. Comes in a timely manner being that it's being shipped from overseas. I had one package i was anticipating but unfortunately recieved another pink lingerie set that was 10$ less than the one I ordered and wanted so I basically paid more for less and the wrong item. The site is still great but Ill have to reach out to them and see if that can be corrected

A bang for your buck and fierce fashions

I was very happy with the products i received. I made an order of 5 items. I got four of them within the two week period. The fifth item took way longer, after an about a month I inquired and customer service informed me the item was on back order, they advised i wait a little longer. Two more weeks go by and I inquired again. I was told it was getting ready to ship. I got it 3 days later. Although the item took a long time to ship I was not impressed by the communication of delay. I would have preferred them to be proactive rather than reactive.However, my experience with customer service has been stellar through and through.

Not Currently Happy, but Hopeful!

I ordered my apparel on February 13th but some reason my shipment was mailed out without the actual street number for my full address. So after 9 days it arrived to my city's post office on 2/23 but was returned the day after it arrived (2/24). I tried to intersect by emailing the YunHui Express via Track718 on 2/23 to no avail (bounceback email), reached out to customer service the next morning 2/24, which only responded on 2/26 with information that I had already shared with them about the mishap, and now reaching out to complaints team now 2/26 and now awaiting follow-up. I am hopeful that they will respond immediately about the mishap and reasonable next steps.

Horrendous customer service

I love their clothing. But buyer beware trying to return something. I returned a number of items, only to have them tell me they couldn’t process my return without the usps tracking number. Their customer service is horrendous. There are plenty of online clothing stores that sell fun and outlandish items—use them. Ciciful is a scam.

Terrible company!

Terrible company!
I placed an order and during checkout my delivery address changed and my email address changed to very old details that I don’t use anymore. I contacted Cicuful immediately via email to make sure the delivery was correct. I sent 2 more emails and eventually got a reply 1 week later saying that it was too late to change the address.
The package is apparently going to an old address 3 hours way. I don’t live there anymore. This company refused to help and repeatedly told me to go to the old address to get the package. Not possible. So the warning is - if you have any issues you will get knowhere with this company. Absolute rubbish experience

SCAMMERS!
I bought an item which is very poor quality, I've asked to return the item, but the company take forever to reply, and when they do they refuse to give the return address.
This company are not easy to deal with, and their products are poor quality.
AVOID AND SAVE YOU MONEY!

Scam Company on Facebook!!

Saw advertisments for this company via Facebook feed so bought over $107 worth of custom coins for Valentines day around the 4th of February with an understanding it would arrive in time. Couple days later received a confirmation email with a link for tracking but every time I access the link it goes to FB messanger that generates an AI perpetual loop asking the same questions over and over without ever giving an actual reply or tracking the order. Now it is after Valentines day, at this point I think this is a scam... Avoid this company, I will be attempting to file a claim with my credit card to get my $$ back!

I don’t know what to believe.

I don’t know what to believe.. payed more then €100 and didn’t get anything in the mailbox.. they answered me that it would be shipped this week but I didn’t receive anything like a track&trace our something like that…i hope this is not fraud, otherwise it’s such a shame and waste of money :(

Great Quality and Price

The clothes are of really good quality. The designs are fresh and out of the box and allow me to express myself freely! The prices are also very good! I have one piece of feedback that I would appreciate taken on board!

I am quite tall so need a 33 or 34 inch leg which makes it unable for me to purchase much in the way of trousers from you as you don’t do that sort of length.
