Never received items

They shipped my order to the entirely wrong state and now they expect me to travel nearly 1,000 miles to retrieve it. Would not recommend.

UPDATE
I called USPS. I saw in my email that the invoicethey ued hadthe wrong city, state, zip but correct street address, which is crazy because my card would have declined an incprrect zipcode. The USPS told me that the address they have for the held package that is states away doesn't even match the address I gave them. Have not heard back from their customer support yet.

It is verified that he address you filled out at checkout was Florida 33837, Davenport.... This is why the USPS tried many times to deliver the parcel to the address on the parcel.

You can log into your account on the website to verify the address by yourself. I have attached the digital shipping label of your parcel in the reply of complaint@ciciful.com for your verification.

In such a case, kindly call USPS to let them adjust the address to your location so that you can receive the parcel. Otherwise, they may dispose of the parcel if they held it too long. Here are the delivery details.

Very low quality products

Very low quality products. Sizes are much smaller than advertised. Returns from Canada need to be shipped back to New York your expense. Save your time and money and buy locally.

Edit: After posting this review I was contacted by Ciciful. They refunded 50% of my order rather than have me ship it back to them. They offered a full refund if I returned everything, but this was more convenient for me.

Different item sent to me without any…

Different item sent to me without any correspondence.

I ordered a beautiful masculine bodysuit to wear at an important party.
(trustpilot won't allow me to sent the link to the item that i ordered)

Instead i received a very feminine looking bodysuit that looked nothing like what i ordered.
(trustpilot won't allow me to sent the link to the item that i received)

It seems the original item disappeared from the site and they just sent me something else. Without checking it with me.
Do they expect their customers to be blind? Or simple-minded enough to just take whatever is thrown at us? What an insult.

The most dishonest company

The most dishonest company. When I ordered my item, it was confiscated by the United States Postal Services because they used counterfeit stamps. I did pay for shipping on my order so no reason to break the law. Seems like the scammers of this website has a team dedicated to remove bad reviews on Trustpilot. This is the second time I'm review them because the first one got removed.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!

Please know that your first review is still there. We can see it's still there -- back in Feb. You can check your Truslpilot account to verify it by yourself. If you didn't see the first one, it might be because when there are 2 reviews from a person, Trustpilot only counts the user's latest one.

Additionally, regarding the order that the parcel you mentioned was not delivered, we apologize for the inconvenience and would like to let you know that it was fully refunded back to Feb. 15th. We can give you a confirmation of the refund if you want.

I just ordered from this company. I received no confirmation of my purchase. And no way to contact them??,That seems suspicious 🤔

*** Update *** I received the confirmation of my order. It was at my other email address. I will update about my total experience once my order arrives. I love what I see. Hopefully when my order arrives I won't be disappointed. 👍

*** My order arrived about 14 days from purchasing. I am happy with the items I received. The items are unique and perfect for fun summertime attire. They will make great memories in pictures. My previous concerns were unfounded. It was a seamless process from the purchase process to the delivery. 👍***

Amazing 🤩

Wooowww I bought here and I must say that they have an excellent service, I had certain problems with my home and despite all the package arrived and the clothes are really of quality and it fits you as it is in the image, it's just a matter of knowing our size and pummm, I plan to continue shopping in the future here 10/10 🫶🏻😍👌🏻👏🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Sketchy business practice

Ordered something days later when to check the status and it says I’m blocked from the websit. I emailed them and waiting for a response. Is this a scam? Should I report funds stolen from this company?

I’m not happy with this company

I’m not happy with this company. I ordered four items and I only got three. The last one has not shipped out and I’ve been waiting almost 3 weeks for this item. Don’t waste your time with this company go somewhere else.

Honestly I did not think or expect to…

Honestly I did not think or expect to get help. This is the second time I needed assistance. The first was for the wrong size being sent and second the refund gift card.

I am so grateful for your support. You guys go above and beyond. It’s incredible.

Would someone please reply to my email? No one has responded. Maybe my email was lost?! Requested news on when my order will be shipped. Only purchased it as your website said you had stock on hand and was ready for shipment. The order number is CF00104660. Worst customer service and worst quality control…

I ordered two items from this company and received neither item. They sent me two random sizes of two different clothing pieces, neither match my purchase. Now they’re trying to charge me to return them before issuing me a refund. Why should I have to pay for this? You sent me a completely random order!
