I wasn’t sure about Ciciful and so I…

I wasn’t sure about Ciciful and so I went on YouTube for see how others reviewed their products and they didn’t seem terrible so I ordered.
I ordered a total of 4 items. Two shirts, 1 Jean harness and a black mesh shirt. The harness was cheaply made and ill fitting. I was not happy with it at all and so I tried to return it I believe it was $40 anyway they offered to return the item at my expense or keep the item and get a 1/2 back. The black mesh shirt I never received. The two leotards were extremely cheap material. I highly recommend to not order from them. They know their market in the sense that we like fashion but we hate cheap materials. Highly recommend to not buy anything. You won’t be happy with anything you get and angry you paid so much. The worst part is they make it impossible to return.

Die Qualität ist erstaunlich gut

Die Qualität ist erstaunlich gut, vor allem dafür dass vieles oft im Sale ist.

Mit H&M oder C&A kann Ciciful problemlos mithalten. Ein Angebot für den europäischen Markt ist verfügbar, was Lieferkosten und etwaige Importgebühren gering halten kann, man erfährt schnell die Tracking-Nummer und binnen 2 Wochen sind die Sachen Spätestens angekommen.

Scam! Product is nothing like on their website

I ordered a “denim jumpsuit” from ciciful based on the images on their website. The jumpsuit arrived today and it is absolutely NOTHING like the image they’ve used on their website. It’s a cheap, thin, shiny blue fabric. It’s not denim like in the photos they use to promote this (nor on the photos shown by “customer reviews” on their website). It’s a completely fake imitation of the image. Scam website!

The reviews on their website are fake

The reviews on their website are fake. They do not post the negative reviews. On top of that, the images you see on the website are more of a guideline. What you receive will look sort of like the images, but not quite, and the quality is quite poor. I cannot recommend purchasing from Ciciful.

Review scam

The products are average to bad quality. And the product pictures are way better than the real product. But the prices are also cheap, so values for money is ok.

But they are not honest: maybe you noticed that the reviews on their site are remarkably positive ... that's because if you enter a critical review, they don't publish it. In my opinion, that's a scam.

Very satisfied customer

Customer service was very responsive and quick to answer all my questions. The products came in within a reasonable time and were all true to size and looked just like the pictures on the website.

Leider schlechte Erfahrung gemacht, habe zwei Artikel erhalten, die beide nicht ankamen. Habe dann den Kundenservice kontaktiert, dort wurde mir gesagt, dass ich eine falsche Adresse angegeben hätte (habe ich überprüft- stimmt nicht, ist genau meine Adresse), dann hieß es, mein Name würde nicht an der Klingel stehen - obwohl ich schon länger an dieser Adresse lebe und ständig ohne Probleme Pakete erhalte; natürlich steht da auch mein Name. Dann wurde nur der eine Artikel rückerstattet- alles sehr umständlich.

Upon inspection, I found that the refund that you received was from the cancellation of an unsent item, it was not the solution to the problem of delivery failure. 

As for the parcel that was "returned to sender", which meant that the parcel had been returned to a carrier's depot to be disposed of. It is also a loss to us. In such a situation, we'd like to offer a solution that can reduce loss for both sides.

Scam company

Scam company. I ordered a shirt on June 27 and still have not received it. It is now July 26. After me sending many emails I received this response,
“ Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your order. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
We have checked with the warehouse and were informed that your order is expected to be shipped in one week from now, because it is necessary to some more time to ensure the quality of the items from so many orders. Your patience is highly appreciated.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number that you can use to trace your package. Delivery time after shipment is one to three weeks.”

So now I have to wait another 4 weeks and it still has not shipped. This will be over a 2 month wait now and I still haven’t received what I bought

Dont ever buy clothes at Cicifull or Prydiful. It's the same company. The don't keep their promise as we still dont got our compensation. Also they dont reward clients and their quality of clothes is poor.

Outfit DOES NOT EXIST

Products does not exist cause they are using my private pictures of my instagram account. Ciciful is advertising with a product that they dont own. Cause it’s my own private selfmade tanktop with legging.

Product quality was extremely bad

Product quality was extremely bad. Items received looked nothing like the photos on the website. Ended up returning majority of the items at MY EXPENSE. Shipping took weeks with items arriving one at a time and after they were needed. Order shipped right from china. Overall, overpriced for the quality you get.

Ik hoop dat deze e-mail je goed vindt. Toen ik je bericht op Trustpilot zag, voelde ik me genoodzaakt om contact op te nemen en ervoor te zorgen dat we je zorgen naar tevredenheid aanpakken.

Bij inspectie ontdekte ik dat het pakket met de broek in Nederland was aangekomen en was afgeleverd. Tijdens het transport is het trackingnummer gewijzigd in dat van PostNL. U kunt de status ervan verifiëren door de bijlage te bekijken of op de onderstaande link te klikken.

DO NOT BUY orders never arrived

What went wrong this time... 4 weeks later and my oder still did NOT arrive. 25 emails, "gift" vouchers, like I would take the risk to order again.

Waiting for my order Ciciful Casual Short Sleeve Pink Jumpsuit With Pockets.

The response from Ciciful NOT in stock and they can NOT tell me when!! But asked me to be patient cause I can wear it NEXT festival season??? REALLY

BUT they still offer this item for sale on the website and do "forget" to mention the item is NOT available.

So maybe I can wear my order with Christmas?? I will keep posting 1 star reviews untill my order is here with me in Holland.

Beware of AI generated positive Reviews

I was thinking about ordering from this company but after reading throught the reviews on here I have come to the conclusion that almost all of the positive ones are throwing some major red flags as to being AI generated. There are maybe a handful real sounding ones that are slightly positive but the majority of real reviews seems to not have received anything resembling the item they ordered and then had to wrangle the company about a refund.

They all seem remarkably similar, usually refer to having ordered some kind of Khaki Overalls, them being great for a casual outings and so on. The language also seems a little awkward in a remarkably similar way across reviews. Very typical for AI. This leads me to believe they just prompted the AI to generate a bunch of reviews at ones, that are all positive but sometimes having minor criticisms like "could have wider sizing". They probably used the Khaki Overalls as an example of what they sell and the AI latched onto that and repeated it a bunch of times.

Subtracting all the fake ones would leave their rating here to looking very different I suspect

Ciciful Rainbow Stripe…

I purchased the Ciciful Rainbow Stripe Print Deep V Neck Loose Wide Leg Jumpsuit, since I saw it in the advertising I loved it, I bought it a few days before for the pride march in Mexico City, and honestly the shipping was very fast. The product is the same as the colors that appear on the page and has good quality. And besides, it's very cool, it's something new and different and I really like that.

SCAMMERS. STAY FAR AWAY.

I don’t believe anyone who writes a good review about this company. They’re scammers. Ordered one item from them, took a MONTH to receive it, and they ended up sending me the wrong item. I requested a refund and they said the best they could do is store credit or a 50% refund. I said I wasn’t satisfied with that. Then they said I could return it for a refund but they wouldn’t refund the cost of shipping and that I’d have to pay to send it back myself. Do NOT order from them. I promise you it isn’t worth it.
