Absolute rip off

Absolute rip off. Bad quality. I ordered extra large and I don't think it would even fit a child. Only got partial refund. If I posted it back to them I would get a full refund. £31.00 to send back. I think not

Good selection of cheap rave/ party clothes

I don’t know what’s with the negative reviews maybe I got lucky. I bought some body suits to wear to raves and they fit well, super sexy! Only thing is that I ordered a mesh shirt which took 3 weeks longer to arrive and when it got here it was some long sleeve shirt with flowers. They answered immediately offered to let me keep it and gave a coupon code for that amount and a bit more for the trouble. Full refund wasn’t an option unfortunately. Fair enough as it’s annoying to ship back I guess. I even lost the coupon code and asked for it 2 months later and they gave me another. I will definitely order from them again.

Haven't received items that I ordered…

Haven't received items that I ordered on 9/12/24. I've been tracking the shipment which says it's been at the dock since 9/28....its now 10/3. I ordered early so that it would be here for my trip on 9/12. It should not take a month to get 2 pieces. I feel like I've been scammed and I'm going to call my bank at this point.

Avoid, Scam

I would recommend avoiding this website. They sent met items that were bad knock offs of what I ordered. Totally unwearable, did not match the photos. When I complained they gave me the run around and offered me a 25% refund.

They're hoping that we'll be to lazy to actually return the items (you pay for shipping back). Its a total 100% scam.

I placed an order two weeks ago and I have checked plenty of times and my order still says awaiting shipment. It has been 15 days and I’m still waiting shipment. That’s crazy. I have sent many emails to get a refund, but no one has helped me yet. I was told this site was a scam and I’m starting to believe it to be so.

It’s a scam

It’s a scam, I haven’t received my order yet. It’s been 5 days and it’s says it’s on the delivery center but I haven’t received yet and I need my package for an event and nobody gave information or help me. I’m so frustrated.

Will definitely be back for more looks

Great variety of designs and looks. Not everything is 100% perfect, but the ones that are, are fantastic. And for the things that aren’t, there is a straightforward (if unusual) returns process, even though you have to pay your own return shipping. I kept 50% of my purchases, and what I kept I love, and will wear again and again.

I love the fabric

I love the fabric, and the designs. Everywhere I go with a ciciful clothes, people look at me. Sometimes people ask, where did I got the combinations. I'll continue buying clothes from here.
And if I have an issue, customer services and support, always respond in a timely matter.

Deceitful advertising

Ended up not even ordering from them because this was so frustrating. Saw an add for "10 items for $39". Was excited, clicked on the ad and it brought up a list of items, most of which looked great, but no prices listed, and the only linkw as to continue to their website. So I did, and discovered that it was specifically a 10 item mystery box, so I read the description of the mystery box, and it's leotards only! No leotards were shown in the ad, or the list of products clicking on the ad brought up. Not gonna trust them to send quality products if they have to use deception to get orders

Not a great experience. Felt like I was scammed.

Placed an order and 2 of the items I purchased weren’t available so they just sent me random pieces without notifying me and there were items I would never wear. Tried to pick other items and it was just a hassle as those weren’t available either. Didn’t offer to refund my money. I gave up and will donate the wrong items and be out the money I paid. The items that weren’t available from the original purchase still show available on the website. Not worth the hassle.

My stupid mistake

Ordered a mystery box for around forty…

Ordered a mystery box for around forty pounds with delivery. It arrived today and I am pleased with the contents. There are things that I wouldn't have picked for myself but definitely would wear now that I have them.

The only recommendation is that you should probably size up for the clothes to fit properly especially if they are pants or shirts

Do not buy from Ciciful

Do not buy from Ciciful, consider this a warning. I decided to purchase from the company to support representation and because I believed in their content. What I received were two items from China, pure trash; they don't produce anything themselves. They just resell stuff from Chinese websites. The pants that arrived had nothing to do with the picture on the website—the stitching was different, and the structure was off. It was something that could go straight to the trash. The other item they sent was the wrong size and also of terrible quality. I tried to get a refund. Since July 18th, I've been requesting one. They have no return system at all; they tell you to send the item to New York, even though they buy from China. You have to pay high shipping costs (at your own expense), and even after shipping, photographing the package, and providing pictures of the receipts, you still have to wait. It's one absurdity after another. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. Honestly, it's beyond bad at this point—they should be investigated by commercial regulatory agencies and the police.

Edit: 1. Even after photographing and showing that they were advertising one thing and selling another, they kept the photos on the website. They KNOW they're deceiving people and continue with the error. Absolutely no respect for the buyer.

2. The positive reviews posted here (from US) are certainly bought and faked by the company itself. This business doesn’t deserve even 1 star.

Just don’t!

I was skeptical about this company but decided to give it a shot.
Ordered a shirt that looks really good in the photos. However the reality is very different. I would say the quality is about the same as I expected, garbage, the neck is way out of proportion to the rest the cuffs are oversized and poorly fitted, the feel is cheap and so very different from the photos.

On the plus side I also ordered a mystery pack, of 10 items. Even though they too are all garbage. It was worth it just for the comedy value of trying the items on.

Not even going to bother trying to return or get a refund. All heading to the trash.
