Received overalls- looked nothing like he photo. Ordered a 2XL and the length was for someone very short. Refund process was awful and time consuming. Eventually was sent a refund form (had to send photos of the outfit). Cost $50 AUD to post a $80 AUD outfit. No contact for months- I sent and email and they said they’ll refund but no refund yet. DONT BUY ANYTHING.

I ordered two XL items and got one medium and one large, at most. Their T&Cs say the customer pays to return items unless they're defective and only receives a credit note, not a refund, so their response below was a surprise.
UPDATE 25/11
The best they would do is pay half the return cost. People shouldn't have to pay to return randomly sized items that aren't the size advertised. Now you know.

Suelo comprar la mayoria de los outfits para fiestas y festivales aquí. No vas a encontrar nadie vestido como tú. Los pedidos normalmente toman unos 10 dias en llegar. Nunca hemos tenido problema con las tallas, se ajustan bien a la tabla de medidas. Siempre tienen ofertas, además con el código RD15 hacen descuento añadido.

I placed an order on September 9th and after a month of waiting I complained and the gave me $10 off my next order. Why didn’t they just give me $10 off that order? Because they wanted me to order again, which I mistakenly did! My first order didn’t arrive till November 5th! Almost 2 months is totally unacceptable for a company that is a mail order company. My second order has been sitting in processing for 5 days with no movement! The customer service is responsive but does not understand that who they choose to use for their shipping is their responsibility! They have chosen this shipping partner and to save a dollar or 2 they are using a substandard partner which does reflect on them. This is the second time I have order from them and it has NOT changed! They obviously do not care about their customers and I will not give them another chance! As others have stated the quality is subpar but the items are not something I plan to wear regularly so fit my needs. Like most online photos the products look similar but not nearly as nice in actuality.
The online Shipping information says:
Flat Rate Shipping: 15-30 business days
This is obviously not true or honest. And if you can not meet that then you have not met your agreed on expectations. The current status shows that it has not moved in 5 days and is totally unacceptable! And an explanation that putting the blame on someone that you have selected to service your commitments is not acceptable when you continue to use their services!

I never received the item. Courier they used dropped it off at my door, in a place where it could easily be picked up. I have a secure mail / drop box so not sure why they didn’t use that. The whole thing seems dodgy. Like they put it there, took a photo and then took it with them.
Disappointed.
Customer service has been no help whatsoever.
Would never buy from them again!
Why they sent something without requiring a signature for delivery I don’t know.

CICIFUL IS THE WORST
Do not order through this company. I placed an order on September 16th and I still I have not received my order as of October 23rd. There customer service is essential chatbots that say "so sorry" and "we are sorry you are frustrated" and "nothing we can do."
10/25/24 Update
The item arrived today, 39 days after ordering it. The item shipped from Hong Kong through Texas before arriving in California.
The product itself (Ciciful Men's Red Shirt Overalls Jumpsuit With Pockets) only barely resembles the product online. Instead of being a dark red, it is more Bozo-the-clown red. It is poorly constructed with seams and threads coming undone. The legs to do not taper at the bottom as photographed online. It's more like a onesie than a jumpsuit.

This is just beyond ridiculous…
This is seriously some ridiculous ass bullsh*t that I gotta type out, I ordered a cute costume for a rave and a robe set in SEPTEMBER….we are almost done with the month of OCTOBER and I still haven’t received anything. I’ve gone to two not one but TWO post offices that they themselves have directed me to and it was not delivered although they say that it is. I’ve reached out recently and hope I either get a direct and final answer as to where my package is OR I get my full refund, this is the utmost disrespectful and waste of time and money. Don’t ever play with people like that and everyone I advise to use extreme precaution from EVER purchasing something from this damn website.

Halloween costume scam!
Ordered a costume for Halloween in the beginning of September and it’s nearing the end of October And the event I needed the costume for is next week. Have yet to receive any update or any information on when My order is supposed to be delivered. Honestly, feel quite scammed by this company.
On their website, it says the processing time for an order takes 3 to 8 days, my order was processed in five days.
Website also states delivery times could be 10 to 15 days. Currently going on 26 days past that initial timeframe.
I obviously understand delays coming from different places, globally, but communicate that with your customers or at least offer them a refund if you can’t deliver customer service or the payed for product, In a timely matter, especially when you state the timeline in how long an order should take to receive on your website.

Edit: Der sehr nette Kundensupport ist auf mich zugekommen und hat mir eine Kompensation zukommen lassen. Scheinbar hat sich die Lage verbessert, seitdem ich dort bestellt habe.
Original: Ich habe online bei Ciciful Kleidung gekauft. Als ich die nicht passende Ware zurückschicken wollte meinten Sie ich müsste es auf eigene Kosten (ca 80 Euro) in die USA schicken. Auf Einwände wurde nicht weiter eingegangen.
