This site is an absolute scam. AVOID!

This site is an absolute scam.
What i received were cheap and shoddy knock-off items of what were pictured on the site. The quality is shocking, with the stitching coming undone on one of the items already upon arrival.

One of the items isn't even remotely like what was ordered, is covered in some cheap horrible Chinese company branding, and all they've said is they'd give me half the items value off of a future purchase - the item IS NOT what was ordered and as such should be fully refunded!

Let me be clear that I shall never purchase from this company again.

Putzlappen-Qualität + 0 Support

War mein letzter Kauf. Eines der Pakete wurde an eine Person zugestellt, die hier gar nicht wohnt. Als Rückmeldung kam, ich solle mich doch mit dem Logistikpartner in Verbindung setzen. Das ist nicht mein Job als Empfänger. Dann wurde mir vorgegaukelt, dass man eine Nachforschung einleitet. Das ist beim Service "Kleinpaket" (ehem. "Warenpost") gar nicht möglich, nur bei "richtigen" Paketen. Nach einem Monat wurde mir dann frecherweise gesagt, man könne keine Rückerstattung durchführen, weil das Paket ja schließlich zugestellt wurde. Man wäre aber totaaal kulant und bietet mir entweder eine kleine Teilrückerstattung oder einen 30%-Gutschein für die Bestellung an.

Zudem könnt ihr euch nie sicher sein, welchen Mist ihr zugeschickt bekommt. Hatte vor einer Weile exakt dasselbe Muskelshirt bestellt, wie einige Monate zuvor. Es kam ein Shirt, das plötzlich auf beiden Seiten ein Logo hatte, statt nur vorne, zudem waren die Logos weitaus kleiner als zuvor, der Schnitt des Shirts ähnelte auf einer eher einer Einkaufstüte und die Qualität glich der eines Putzlappens. Wobei selbst manche Putzlappen eine bessere Qualität aufweisen.

Das war definitiv die letzte Bestellung - der Support ist nur eine Ansammlung von wirren vorgefertigten Texten, ohne dass sich wirklich jemand um das Anliegen kümmern.

Wenn ihr der Seite doch verfallt, zahlt auf jeden Fall mit PayPal, um eine bessere Chance zu haben, bei Nichterfüllung des Kaufvertrages euer Geld zurück zu bekommen.

Auch wenn ich es schätze, mein Geld zurückerstattet bekommen zu haben, indem ich einen PayPal-Konflikt eingereicht habe, ist es dennoch ein sehr zeitaufwändiger und anstrengender Weg gewesen, durch den mir sicherlich irgendwo am Körper graue Haare gewachsen sind. Aus diesem Grund und den vorab erwähnten negativen Überraschungen bei der Qualität der Kleidung, kann ich der Fairness anderer Kund:innen gegenüber die Anzahl der vergebenen Sterne nicht erhöhen. Nur weil ich rechtmäßigerweise mein Geld zurück erhalten habe, badet das die schlechten Erfahrungen nicht aus.

Great quality and fit.

These garments are really well made, look exactly like the pictures online and fit really well. The sizes are a little generous, I’m a 39” chest 31” waist and having started using ciciful by placing orders for clothing in size L I now find medium to be a much nicer fitted look on me. Don’t hesitate to buy from them.

I placed an order with ciciful on 28th January and it’s now the 27th of feb and I have still not received my full order from them.

They have partially delivered my order but I’m not seeing the same quality as what they are showing on the website and it’s such a shame because the website is giving vibes and what turns up gives Temu Dropshipping!

The first delivery had one top in it at this point I wasn’t too concerned although I was questioning how it was a good business move to send out orders partially from the us to the uk.

I have received part 2 today of my order and one item is still yet to be sent. The quality of this order and I mean the clothing BAD. The sizing completely wrong and I am now just dreading what is to come next! I spent £100 British pounds on this order I could have got from temu for £20 it is rough and sites like this need shutting down.

Just to add salt in the wound if you are outside of the UK as a customer it’s down to your to pay for the returns 😂 honestly it’s a joke.

I placed an order with them and they delivered it to the wrong address. When I contacted them to resolve this they told me I had to myself contact the company that handles the deliveries. They would not assist with rectifying this or giving me a refund. I am out 75$. I would never order from them again and worn others not to as well.

Very disappointed I place an order…

Very disappointed I place an order online was supposed to receive my order and they send me a confirmation code to give to the delivery guy but by surprise the delivery guy came to deliver me but he never put it in my letter box and the worst in it he took pictures of my letter box whereas he put the order in another box which everyone have access to it so I didn’t get my parcel now when you ask them for a refund it a big history I have to go to see my post office which the post office has nothing to do in it because it a private company who the choose to deliver and they keep asking me to check every where ask 50 neighbors who live in the flat where I live well all that I said to them don’t worry to refund me keep the money for them

First, I place my order and a few days letter they e-mail me to tell me that the color I ordered is out of stock and if I wanted a different color. I chose a different color but not sure why the original color showed "in stock" when I placed it.

Second, it has now been a few weeks and my item has not yet arrived. I just checked the tracking and it shipped from Hong Kong. I wish they informed us ahead of time that it was coming from Asia. It's still in customs and probably will not arrive to my home in time for the event for which I purchased it for. I am very disappointed in this company and lack of transparency.

If I could rate negative I would

If I could rate negative I would. I ordered a Halloween costume in early September. I have never received the package. I asked for a refund in November and was told to keep waiting that package was in transit.

It’s now mid December and I still don’t have my Halloween costume (not needed obviously). (After writing this review company did contact me and provide a refund)

Ordered in Oct, still nothing

Placed an order in October, it's now nearly mid-December and no item. Allegedly it shipped over a month ago but tracking never updated. Customer service responses indicate they will not process a refund so I will report as fraud to my credit card.

I knew better than to give them a try, but really liked the item against my better judgment. Bottom line, DO NOT BUY! it looks like some people have gotten their items and are happy with them, but it's not worth the risk imo.

Poor quality

Poor quality, this is one of those emerging scam fashion shops that dropship the items. It’s all cheap china stuff that you can find on timu for a fraction of the amount on their website. ABC news Australia just posted a great article on these types of online stores, worth a read and you’ll quickly work out it’s just a scam.

I bought a leopard print mesh top to which there has been no delivery estimate. Just an email in my junk saying awaiting shipment. Over a week later I wanted to time frame. Tried emailing their support and the email doesn’t work, messaged them directly on instagram and was totally ignored and mentioned in my stories and they ignored that too. I never write reviews for anything but I don’t have anywhere to put my frustration so here it is. A bit sketchy, I wouldn’t bother with this site

Von 20 Teilen sind 2 toll

Von 20 Teilen sind 2 toll, 2 gehen so, 6 sind falsch (falsche Farbe oder komplett was anderes) und der Rest ist schlechte Qualität. Zurückschicken auf eigene Kosten und Refund bei 30% und ich darf es behalten (wow, danke) und erst nach 6 mal hin und her gab es wenigstens eine OK Lösung. Nie wieder.

I ordered 2 pair of the exact same pants in 2 different colors. I made the order October 15th and finally it arrived on November 22nd. When I opened the package I was so disappointed at the quality of the material and how badly it was constructed. The garment was supposed to be pleated. The fabric was so cheap everything was wrinkled beyond visible appearance. After steam ironing for an hour I was able to get it close to the advertised image. HORRIBLE! The second package was supposed to be the same garment in tan. It was a completely different pair of pants. Nothing like I ordered. But I will say this about the tan pants. The quality of the construction was excellent. At least they top stitched the garment and it was less wrinkled.

So the company responded quickly via email and made it worse by offering a gift card.
A $15 dollar gift card for an order that cost approximately $60? So besides the fact I got a pair of pants, I did not order or can even fit, the poorly constructed garment isn't even replaced.

I guess you must be real proud of your company.

Ideally it would be nice if the garment was
constructed of quality material and sewn professionally, but I will accept this offer in lieu and a lesson learned in trusting a company that misleads customers into an unrealistic visual that they cannot live up to.
I feel like if a match got too close to the fabric, it would go up in flames

I don’t want a gift card because I am suspicious of future disappointments. I want a refund. PERIOD. The black pleated pants are atrocious and it was your mistake of sending me the wrong tan pants. I wish I could post the photos on the review site so the world could see how horrible your quality is and how you have no intention of making me whole as a customer.
