2 months and this is the 2nd order that…

2 months and this is the 2nd order that has not made it to me yet. The outfit is in my country but it has been stuck with their carrier for the past month. Customer Service is no help they just keep sending me to the tracking. NEVER BUYING AGAIN.

If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I would!! My order was delivered at 11:15 PM and left outside my building. Of course it was stolen. Why would anyone in their right mind deliver an order at 11:15 PM. In the best case, you are likely to wake someone up to receive it. If not, you would have to leave it outside and risk it being stolen. The smart thing would be to just deliver it the next day during normal delivery hours. Customer Service refuses to refund me for the order claiming Ciciful is not responsible. How am I responsible for this??

Biggest scam ever

I have been waiting for my order to be shipped no REAL tracking Information. The outfits are cute but I highly doubt I will ever get my order. I have emailed multiple times with no response I just want my order or my money back and it looks like I am not getting either. My order just says partial shipment.

Unfinished item

Received my item and one of the sleeves isn’t done. The sleeve wasn’t hemmed at all. Sent photos and they said they don’t see anything wrong. Do not buy from here!!!

Don't buy there

Don't buy there. This company doesn't have their shit together at all.
Out of an order of 4 items, 1 didn't get shipped (I asked for a refund) the rest of the order has been in delivery limbo for the last 5 weeks.
Not sure if I'll ever receive what I ordered but I'm certain I will never buy from these guys again.

Despite the seemingly accommodating reply from the support, it is clear that this order will never be honoured.
Will contact the marketing platform to let them know of the scam and would invite anyone who's been deceived to do the same.

A Surprisingly good experience

Facebook often promotes scam websites, but my experience with Ciciful was good, My only complaint is slow shipping time (4 weeks). Ciciful has a lot of very cute play clothes that I cannot find anywhere else for the price. Some of the items were actually better quality than I expected. I even ordered one of the 10 item surprise boxes, and while I have only worn 3 of the ten, we had great fun opening to items... and we plan to give some of the items as gag gifts!

very long delivery times

I don't normally write reviews but I think its important to let people know that delivery times from this company are really long, and this is something that they don't highlight at the time of purchase, it was only after a lot of searching of their website that I finally found the small print about their 'shipping policy' but by that time I'd already ordered and paid. If you're used to orders arriving in a reasonable amount of time, this probably isn't the website to use. I'm now left with items that I've paid for that I no longer want or need as the event I bought them for has happened. A total waste of my money and so easily avoided if they had provided clear and upfront information on shipping times before I'd paid so that I could have made a fully informed choice about whether to buy from them. Unfortunately one star is the lowest rating I can give.

Seems like a scam to me

Seems like a scam to me.
Ordered on the 14th May, it's now 26th May and the items are still listed as "Awaiting Shipment" after 12 days. Kind of doubting that they will ship anything. Saw here that a lot of people have reported similar issues with massively delayed shipment.
I ordered from another similar brand on the same day and the items arrived from the UK to Australia within a week.
I'd avoid shopping from this company, go with a better known brand.

Sketchy company

I have ordered from Ciciful for the first time. It’s been 25 days and the shipment hasn’t been delivered, nor has been any messsges to notify about delays or some apologies. I would never buy from them again.

Update:
In response to my review, they emailed me to offer a $10 coupon for next order (the shipping charge was $15). The expected shipment is still in transit. Order date: Apr 5, 2025, it’s now been 30 days …

Fun costume like outfits yes. Day wear no!

I bought a couple of items from here. Some were actually cute in real life and fit well while the jump suits looked very off- it doesn’t land very well on my body. I got a denim looking jumpsuit and it doesn’t even look like the one on the advertisement. The more fun costume like outfits are better than day wear outfits like the jumpsuits.

If I could do a negative -5 I would! I ordered the AC/DC shirt. The quality was crappy, but ok I could make it look cute…….except the band name is BACKWARDS. So the shirt says CD/CA like wtf I have to throw it away now, I want my $48 back what a SCAM. DO NOT waste your money
