Hannah Boyle at the Northwood (Middlesex) office found tenants for my 3 bed terraced house. Hannah provided excellent service in sourcing the right tenants for the property and keeping me informed all the way through the process. I alway felt that she was working for me and always had my best interest at heart.

Hannah is extremely professional and provided us with a 5 star service in reletting of our apartment. Polite, diligent and with a can-do attitude, we look forward to working with her again in the future.

On this occasion we were unsuccessful in our attempt at buying a home.
The process was well managed by Chancellors in a courteous and professional manner. Unusually, our conversations were enjoyable and focused on our needs.

Not all deals and offers will be successful, but my wife and I felt that they were acting ethically and honestly at all times. I hope to do business with them soon.

This was a very straightforward transaction. The staff were helpful and arranged a viewing in a few days time. Having seen the property they advised on what would secure me the acceptance of an offer. After a short delay my offer was accepted. There was a hiccup with some of the correspondence but they were related to an IT issue outside the staff’s control. Overall I’m dry satisfied with how everything was handled.
