Richard at Chancellors clearly takes his role seriously and professionally. From my first expression of interest he has been dynamic and responsive, listening to my requirements and seeking solutions. I may have found accommodation from another agent, but should it fall through I would be straight in touch with Richard again.

Really great service received from Umed at the Northwood office, he is very honest trustworthy and personable. Umed was invaluable in the marketing of, securing a good price and moving on the sale of my property. He shared his expert knowledge willingly which really helped guide me through the whole process. He has been instrumental in managing buyer expectations/queries and keeping on top of the solicitor which has resulted in a speedy exchange on my property which took 5 weeks and that included the Xmas period.

Jack managed some of the viewings and he was great always followed up promptly and happy to help with anything I needed. He took a real interest in my property and was charming and trustworthy throughout.

Any fears or nervousness I had about going with chancellors was very quickly allayed after meeting both Umed and Jack and I thoroughly recommend their service which was quick, regular, honest, friendly and respectful at all times.

It was the first time i was using Chancellors and Umed was excellent. He was very friendly, patient and helpful in helping me with my valuation, answering all the questions and came fully prepared and exactly what i was looking for and will again be using them in near future and recommend them .

I needed to find a larger property to suit my requirements in Northwood.

I found out of all the estate agents I registered with in the area, Richard Wood understood my needs and was quick to accommodate my requests. He managed to get me viewings on the perfect property on the same day.

He was very quick to answer my questions and requests and I was able to put an offer in and close the deal within a week.
