Zain Sheik and Marta Skotnicka provided fast, friendly and very efficient service at the Lettings Dept in Northwood whilst Danielle Archer at the Central Lettings Team also kept me up to date with the new tenancy.

Zain provided me with a spot on valuation, a new tenant in one Open Day and with the support of Marta and Danielle, I can say that we have been pleased with Chancellors for 8 years now.

I had a good experience with Chancellors overall. They were easy to get a hold of throughout the process and always responsive.

One thing I would mention is that during the property viewing, there were other appointments scheduled at the same time, which made it feel a bit rushed. It would have been better to have dedicated time to view the property properly and ask more questions without feeling like I was overlapping with other potential tenants/buyers.

Also, when I moved in, it would have been really helpful to receive a welcome pack with some basic info—how to use the appliances, operate the heating, bin collection days, etc to make settling in a lot easier.

Jack Backhouse and his team at Chancellors Northwood worked consistently hard to sell our property for us. They delivered a very personal service from start to completion and kept us well informed throughout the process, issuing regular updates and valuable feedback. Jack and his team offer excellent client care and are friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend them.

Very friendly and helpful agents. However, the Lettings Hub service is flawed, difficult to use, and totally without any customer service. It took 4 days for us to get a proper invite, and another 7 days to complete the application because the system would not accept certain documents, or it kept asking. It also wouldn't accept certain postcodes and wasn't very flexible for providing information from overseas.

Sarah white- amazing service. She showed the property around patiently. Answered all questions. If she did not know then she knew how to obtain it.
She did have great amount of understanding for buyers and sellers needs.

He has been really helpful in helping us find the ideal property. He is incredibly personable and flexible with regards to required adjustments. We had a very complicated sale becausemof our buyers continually messing us around trying to drop the price and putting off exchanging, Jack worked very hard with all the solicitors and buyer to keep it all moving along, he was very professional at all times, knew when to push them when needed, i would very happily deal with Jack again, he was straight up and honest so e asy to deal with, selling property is very difficult at the moment but he got it over the line with a good price still intact. Jack was a really reassuring presence while I was marketing my property for sale. Nothing too much trouble for him and always very pleasant to deal with. Would never hesitate to recommend Chancellors.

Despite Solicitors on both sides being unnecessarily slow, Jack from Chancellors Northwood was a star from our very first conversation to our last. If it weren't for Jack I would have probably given up on my purchase, but he kept me going by chasing Solicitors, providing advice and recommendations, and even just giving me a figurative shoulder to cry on. Jack even started locating documentation instead of the Solicitor's, just to help move the purchase along!

If I ever want to sell or buy, Jack will be the person I will contact because he is just excellent and goes above and beyond.

Had troubles with my conveyance however once Jack Backhouse took control things improved drastically

Please be careful recommending online conveyancers they have a place in the market but really only for simple transactions
