Great service and nice surprise to get something back

Initially instructed chameleon to recover outstanding debts ranging from unpaid court judgment, unpaid or disputed invoices owed from both private individuals and commercial businesses.
I continue to use chameleon. However, I now fully utilize the other services they provide to protect our business from bad payers and potential pitfalls.
I was suprised that these services are also unlimited as a client for life.
I do not offer our services unless Chameleon has fully screened and checked the company requesting our services.
Great peace of mind.

Horrendous company! I have tried calling their customer service number over 100 times at various times in the day during the week.
I’ve left multiple voicemails and sent multiple emails! Nobody comes back to you!!!

Pleasantly suprised by the fast results. After previously using other debt recovery companies, bailiffs and solicitors with little to no success I was quite sceptical. However, I can't thank the team at Chameleon enough for their efforts so far. Several accounts recovered, two paid in full and and other debtor is paying every month via a managed payment plan (I never thought anyone would recover this account as it is now 4 years old). Highly recommend any small business to use these guys if you are struggling with any debtors or even slow payers. I have incorporated Chameleon onto my invoices which they advised I should do and it is safe to say that more of my clients are now paying when they should. Thank you.

Came highly recommended.
Very quickly enforced an unpaid CCJ where bailiffs had previously failed. Payment received within 4 days of instructing Chameleon.
Have also submitting two unpaid amounts owed. A payment plan has been set and agreed upon and we have received two payments in quick succession.
We will continue to use Chameleon, and thank the team for the updates and communication whereby everything has been made easy.

Ignore the fake 5 star reviews. We instructed them in August 2023. It's now January 2025 and they've still said they can't get hold of the customer even though we've given them their home address and work address which we know they still occupy and we've even seen them ourselves. In the lead up to this, we had been contacted numerous times by a really helpful sales rep for them who assured us they would be able to reclaim the monies quickly for us. They told us we shouldn't have to agree a payment plan and that they would get the entire monies for us upfront. Then when we instructed them, they came to us after a few months of chasing with an offer of a payment plan which we said, you advised us not to agree to a payment plan. Since that, we've had no updates. It takes at least a month to get a response, if not several months. Every time they come back to us, they just say that we should've accepted the payment plan. I've seen another review on here from someone who did accept a payment plan but hasn't received payments so I'm glad we didn't do that. We are having to employ another collection agency to recover the monies from this agency because they've been terrible. Don't use them!

Having spent too much trying to recover through solicitors and court I contacted the team at Chameleon who were enthusiastic and proactive. By negotiation keeping me informed they have collected a decent amount with the rest on a payment plan. They were professional true to their word. Delighted

Im always updated as to the progress of my submitted accounts. Wouldn't use anyone else.

This company collected money, didn’t forward and don’t answer calls.
I’m considering reporting them to for stealing.

It has come to our attention that Chameleon Collections is operating as a fraudulent debt collection agency. They lure individuals in by soliciting an initial life membership payment, claiming to offer comprehensive services such as trace, international tracing, and employment tracing. However, upon enrollment, they vanish without fulfilling their promises.

My initial encounter with them dates back to 20th March 2023, and despite numerous attempts to contact them via email and phone calls over the past year, I have received no response or resolution.

It is imperative to exercise caution and avoid engaging with Chameleon Collections to prevent falling victim to their deceptive practices.

Recommended, Had a few issues with varying issues.
First debt I submitted was an unpaid CCJ from over two years ago((court bailiffs previously failed), i did not hold much hope, this was recovered in full with costs within the first week.
Three other issues were unpaid invoices, one being highly disputed this took longer as initially advised and this has now been settled via dispute resolution, accepting a counter offer.
I have received an update as I have with all my cases that the other account is due to be paid in January. However, two accounts have been recovered and paid before Xmas, couldn't have come in better time.
Highly recommend if you are looking for fast, simple, clear and proactive routes to recover unpaid amounts.

Have been a client of Chameleon for over a year now after being recommended them by a business acquaintance, best decision i made since starting my business.

Thanks to there hard work and determination they have recovered serval substantial invoices, some i was extremely sceptical we would ever see a return from. Securing crucial funds that were vital in my companies development.

I joined around 12months ago and have since recommended a colleague, what a mistake. Your communication is very poor, I’ve requested a number of calls during my membership and no-one has bothered to call back. You don’t respond pro-actively with updates and only seem to come back when chased through e-mail. There has been zero progress and I’ve provided information all along on my two cases one of which has a CCJ I completed myself. My colleague has also reported a lack of activity, communication and progress. I’d like to pass more cases on but with the lack of responses to date and progress I feel I’m wasting my time.

Came recommended,
Private/commercial properties/units/offices. Construction, maintenance, service charges including block management amongst many others associated with running a large port folio.
Chameleon not only recover rental arrears, further to their success we now pass all outstanding amounts outside of rental arrears including highly disputed accounts.
We will continue to work with this effective system.

Feel like iv been ignored for months
I have no idea how any of my cases are doing . No one to contact the people who are working on my case are not replying to my emails or phone calls. Help me !!!!!

Have used Chameleon on two previous occasions, unfortunately I’ve had another client refuse to pay me so it was necessary for me to contact Gavin and his team, having read some reviews which state the company are difficult to contact, I’m glad that I have never had an issues of a sort.
