1 am a DIY installer and found cctvtek very helpful and answered all my questions. Delivery of my system was very quick and well packed. I am adding more cameras as I become more skilled, so will be using them again.i would recommend them to anybody

We recently installed some security cameras purchased from CCTVTek. We had a few teething problems due to our inexperience but Salwan was very patient and held my hand through some set up tweaks and now everything is perfect. Would highly recommend this Company and definitely use them again.

I recently decided to upgrade the performance of my CCTV system, the staff at CCTVTek were very helpful in advising which equipment was appropriate, and I am extremely satisfied with the system they supplied.

I ordered the wrong cables for my cameras, Steph picked it up as soon as I placed the order online, she called and explained what I had done and said she would correct my order.
You can’t get better service than that.

Have ordered on two occasions. First order one of the three cameras ordered was incorrect. They quickly rectified and sent correct camera. Wanted me to return incorrect camera at my expense promising a refund - didn’t fancy that so Steph arranged own collection. Second order perfect. Good reliable company. If I’m being really picky, the delivery is a little bit slow albeit free, so no real complaint. Recommended

Very quick response from their support team and recommended the right DVR for the new cameras at the same time. Items installed with lots of help on the web site. Very good system.

Really helpful and knowledgeable Company, nothing was too much trouble for them. I returned an IP camera as I decided I wanted a different one and they gave me a refund within 24 hours. Their Tech man was easy to reach and incredibly helpful and explained things in very simple terms that I could understand. Great Company. Will continue to use them for all my cctv needs.

I have ordered twice from CCTV tek, a full CCTV system and later an extra camera and both times delivery was very quick, 2 to 5 days.
Telephone support good too.

I didd ring cctv teck for helpline support regarding a problem to set the nvr .
the answer was send a email I did stress I was next to the nvr .No SUPPORT VERY POOR ,I SPENT £ 900 . I AM A TRADE .I will never use them again and I keep my opinion to my self about CCTVTECK.
