Very poor sales and service. I ordered on Sunday two cameras with next day delivery option. We have a deadline on Wednesday. Nobody contacted me on Monday. When I rang them they said it will be dispatched tonight (Tuesday) It looks they do not have stock. Technical questions are not answered. Chat does not work. Very bad experience. I do not recommend. On the top of that that the customer support shouted at me and hung up. We ordered it on Sunday with NEXT DAY DELIVERY service. So we expect this on Tuesday not Monday but you did not even bother to contact me by Tuesday.

Apart from the product being excellent, that staff are even more so. I have had CCTV with an an NVR for 3 years now covering my home but it was just a cheap plug n play and no where as technical or does things like the one I bought to replace. The Hikvision NVR is a Rubik’s cube in comparison to the one I replaced. I telephoned for help and not only were things explained but also a technical engineer telephoned me back using a video link (WhatsApp) so he could see what I was doing and took me through the process I needed. Excellent, Excellent far and beyond normal customer service that we never seem to get these days, This is what customer services is all about making one feel special and appreciated for doing business......if only more companies and retailers were the same.

Poor aftersales
Ordered a new nvr and 2 weeks later they have no knowledge of my order and refuse to help. The technical help line is non existent.

First class service. Really helpful on the telephone.

Amjit helped me set up my new domestic 2 PoE camera + DVR ... it involved interrogating and changing network parameters. Amjit helped both by email, phone and finally text! He even offered for me to ring him over the New Year period ... outstanding customer support ! As a result I managed to get the system working ... and didn't need to ring him over the New Year !!

I've now brought several Hikvision cameras from CCTVTek and they have consistently been the cheapest. Their turnaround time is also very quick and they will be my first choice now for the future.

The order had to be placed as two separate orders because of customer requirements for separate brackets. The sales staff processed and despatched items and received next day . The special bracket requirement was ordered late but delivered in 48 hours.
I can only say that I was impressed especially with the knowledgeable lady at the sales desk who was extremely helpful with any requests and discussions re the equipment.
