Using it for psoriasis. It has reduced all skin flakiness and stopped the itching.
Very happy with my UVB lamp !

My lamp arrived in quick sticks, the day after I ordered, which was excellent.
I bought it to treat my psoriasis and used it as directed for several days, however it has not made the slightest difference to my skin ailment as yet. It has been recommended that I persevere with it for 30 days and if no results, I may return it for a refund. I can't say better than that.

Struggled with a skin condition (eczema) on my hands for a couple of years, found sunbeds always helped but never cleared it fully. Then had the idea of just treating my hands only, and I haven't looked back, it has worked for me but have only been using the lamp for a month.

Still waiting to see any improvement, but will keep trying through this process, it’s debilitating having psoriasis but we trust if any improvement wil help us.

Although it is very early days, initial signs are positive, but will have to see how the long term condition bettering, pans out. The delivery was prompt and initial pricing issue very quickly resolved. Great service.

After posting a review saying that I had to press the lamp for a while, I was contacted by Ian from Carelamps and a replacement lamp was immediately sent out to me. Just started my 3rd week using my UVB lamp and the results are amazing. I have attended a clinic for UVB treatment in the past, which was very successful. The results so far are on par with the clinic, and in the comfort of my own home, with no appointments to make. 10/10.

The light arrived quickly and in working condition.
After 3 weeks of use it is now having significant effect, reducing the size of my psoriasis patches, as well as the discomfort.

I am 4 weeks into treatment and I do think this lamp is gradually working. I am using less steroid cream and I find I am not having to moisturise as much as the skin is naturally healthier. I have had eczema all my life, in lockdown it has worsened and I have at times felt desperate with angry itchy skin. I guess this is because of even less exposure to sunlight than usual. The lamp itself is a bit flimsy but this is about the effect of the bulb itself rather than build quality. All my life my GP and Dermatologist have not recommended UVB treatment and I wonder why. The NHS and Buppa do prescribe UVB treatment so I am stumped, other than no firm conclusions being made about it encouraging cancer growth. Be careful of over exposure - follow instructions, but if you are suffering in silence and your Dermatologist / GP is not helping - I would recommend trying this.

We received this as a gift. And feel the benefits already. So this is the beginning of a life long ritual. This is a great company to deal with very helpful and quick response to any requests or questions.

The lamp has been delivered within 1.5 week, it was ordered on Christmas Day so it was fairly quick. I started using it immediately, according to instructions given by CareLamp company. 2 weeks using it and my skin is clear (under breast) except 2 little lesions (on stomach) which has improved dramatically but had them for about 10 years. In addition I have been using castor oil as well. At the same time I started healing diet (by Dr Pagano) for psoriasis and purposely I have not used the lamp behind my ears to compare the difference. My lesions behind my ears are much better and are improving beautifully but are still there. The lamp has cleared most of my skin except the two little lesions on my stomach which are nearly gone.
The design of the lamp is very cheap. I opened the lamp and plugged it in ready for my first session and it didn’t work. Came back to instruction and it said sometimes you have to push the bulb. I pushed the bulb and the light came on but as soon as I took my fingers off it I stopped working. I tried multiple times and it still didn’t work. I was ready to send it off. My partner unscrewed it and said it is a cheap design. He adjust the bulb and connecter which took him about 30 mins and it’s working now. Still to this time when I am adjusting the head of a lamp it flickers and sometimes I have to push the bulb but it is not permanent like at the start.
Despite the design and problem I had with it I still gave it 5 starts as I am over the moon with my clean skin. Not sure if the manufacturer compromised with the design of the frame to reduce the cost of a lamp as I presume the bulb is expensive.. nevertheless I would definitely recommend and buy it again. Good service and delivery. The lamp seems to be robust and sturdy, it's portable, and everything works.

I'm really pleased with this lamp – it is a handy size and easy to use and I think it has already helped my thyroid issue and also given skin on my face a boost. I can recommend it highly. Nice experience in winter too.

I bought the Derma Red P300: Red & Near-Infrared Light Therapy Device from Care Lamps.

Unfortunately the device didn't work for me. Whilst it might have improved my sleep somewhat, it appeared to lead to my hips giving way in increasing frequency (I suspect that was due to my muscles relaxing and that exacerbating an existing issue with my hips - I had similar, but less pronounced issues after a massage. Since discontinuing the use my hips are back to how they were).

I was very impressed though by the customer service of this company. They responded very quickly to all my emails, agreed to an extended trial period and refunded the product without delay or queries. The only thing I paid for was the return postage (£13.14 - I could have sent it cheaper had I not wanted a degree of additional financial cover).

Ordered from Switzerland and literally had it in 2 days time. Be prepared to pay your tolls.

Has already improved my psoriasis quite a bit and I have only used it a few times. Wish I'd bought it years ago!
