I ordered a lamp with express delivery. It didn't arrive until at least a week later than it should have. Now it arrived and it doesn't work. No response from the company. Do not use!

All in all a great and very useful lamp…
All in all a great and very useful lamp and helping with my condition, the unfortunate thing about it is that every time I move the lamp the light goes out, something in the housing of the bulb and doesn’t stay seated in. Pretty annoying really otherwise would be 5 stars.

Trustworthy company.
There was a delay in my order but customer services responded promptly and solved the issue.
The lamp is great, clearing all my skin within the first 2 weeks of use.

I've had severe psoriasis for most of…
I've had severe psoriasis for most of my life. I was very happy to find a reasonably priced option for self treatment of the condition. Hopefully, I can eliminate GP visits and dead end referrals. Will have to wait and see. As for the delivery from Care Lamps, it was quick(3 days to ROI), cheap and the product is exactly as described.

I’m sure all products from this company are very good but I will not be purchasing when affiliated with Amazon
Bought from Care lamps arrived in a Amazon box so affiliated with Amazon. As I am boycotting Amazon I sent it back. I’m sure it would have been an amazing product but I’m not adding to Amazon’s profits.

Yes, Amazon fulfills about half of our products. They provide a very efficient and cheap postage service for us. It really helps us and many other small or medium-sized enterprise to keep shipping costs down and therefore provide cheaper prices. Good on you for standing by your principles. Shame you never got to try out the product.

I noticed an improvement in my skin after two weeks of use. The care lamp red light and nr infra red was delivered quickly and when I rang there was always someone there to answer all my questions

I'm on my twelfth session and have seen…
I'm on my twelfth session and have seen an improvement in all patches of psoriasis. The lamp is easy to set up and use and the instructions are helpful.
Ian at CareLamps was very helpful and took the time to talk to me and advise.
Would definitely recommend it!

While primarily intended for the cat, everybody in the house has been using and benefiting for a variety of reasons - all very very pleased !! Care Lamps were extremely helpful throughout, 5* service

Excellent customer services
Excellent customer services. We had a issue with the first lamp sent and Care Lamps sent a free postage return label and sent a replacement lamp out before I had even got the other on returned.
I have so hoping it works for my skin condition.

I bought the red lamp to help my dog…would recommend
I bought the red lamp to help my dog who had a operation On his leg and the vet said it would help,
I use it every day and he also has hydrotherapy too , all I can say is for a old dog he has come on so well.
I really believe the red light therapy as helped him.
