Fast and easy appliance shopping
I was able to look on line to see what appliances were available, there was a help guide to answer a few questions I had. When I went in person I knew what I wanted. There were lots of sales people available, purchasing was quick and easy. Delivery was affordable with options on how soon you wanted it. Would highly recommend.

Had a new washing machine for 13 days…
Had a new washing machine for 13 days and it leaked. Went to the Whitby sore and were told too bad call Maytag…we have called Maytag and after 4 days they still can’t locate the part.
So sad after purchasing 5 appliances and to be told too bad we are just the retailer!

Horrendous experience
My experience with the online platform was horrendous, the staff with whom I spoke with was not helpful in anyway. I will not buy anything from this company anymore, I bought a washer and I had to wait for almost 3 weeks before it was delivered.
If I could have given zero rating I would.
