The salesman virtually promised it would be in the store waiting for us when we came over from salt spring to get it-did not happen which means a second trip at our expense to get it- not impressed

The dishwasher has been used before and it smells mouldy and is missing pieces. So sad after all the money we spent over the last year.

I completed most of my research prior to attending the store but really appreciated the fact that the salesman heard me when I told him what I was wanting to purchase. I have the Maytag dryer I wanted, at a reasonable price and quick response delivery within 5 days of purchase.

We were a little put off by the lack of attention on informing us on detail comparison of the final two ranges, we were trying to decide on. With a little better description of the benefits of the newer range, I now know we would have chosen the newer model. There seems to be some distraction by the sales person i.e. close to closing time which would’ve benefited our ability to make a better decision.

at first delivery was scheduled for around 6 to 6:30 pm
Later changed to 9 - 10 PM.
This is too late for delivering.

They'll negotiate the best price in town if you ask for a discount. My fridge was available for pick-up a day early, saved me an extra trip into Victoria from Gulf Islands.

I had agreed to buy a GE Profile fridge as shown to me on the showroom floor, but when I got home the salesman had entered the model number for a lower level non-Profile fridge. Never once did he outline the features nor lack of features in this fridge. Upon delivery I was surprised to see the fridge did not even have an ice maker in it, nor a light in the freezer! In the end I regret buying from this company and should have bought from a competitor who had the Profile fridge available. I am happy the Fridge was delivered 3 days later, as scheduled however. The delivery service was very good.

Was to be delivered today. Two emails yesterday I confirmed delivery for today.
I am furious! The reason we bought it was that it would be delivered today.

I received fast knowledgeable courteous service and delivery within 24hours

My salesman was excellent, delivery date was as stated. I've bought all my appliances from CAS and compared to other major appliance retailers i sourced, there prices were not inflated for the same product.

The salesman was very good and helpful. However, even though I set up the pick up of my dishwasher by my installer, when he went to get it so he could install it, my original salesman wasn't there, the other salesman was very uncooperative and adversarial and my installer had to phone me to intervene so I could get my appliance. I could hear some of the dialogue o on my phone and it was unacceptable. Likely won't shop there again.

Horrible delivery team! Rude and arrogant. The sales team nor management don’t care either.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the product that I was interested in. He was helpful and prompt. The sales experience was quick and easy.

I knew what model I wanted and they had it in stock unlike all the other dealers who were saying 3 to 5 months. I would rate 5 stars except they do not have a delivery service to my area. The company they recommended did not get back to me so I was left to arrange an expensive courier who left it on my door step. Costco, Home Depot, Best Buy, Coast and Trail all have delivery and installation
services.

Ease of ordering/choices and overall service.

The day after we bought the range I happened to see it for $1,100 cheaper at a competitor. I cancelled the order 3+ days before the scheduled delivery.

On scheduled delivery date I called to confirm that the cancellation had been processed.

I was assured the order was cancelled, that delivery would not occur and that I would not be charged for delivery

I was refunded for the stove but not the ~$100.00 shipping the next day

Store told me I needed to call customer service for shipping refund. Store confirmed they had posted a recommendation for refund on file

I called customer service as directed. The agent said only one senior agent could approve the refund and that that senior agent would call back

36 hours later , no call

I repeated the process with customer service and have again been promised a call back… waiting
