I had a great experience working with Farman Khan (sales - Victoria). First of all, he answered the phone. I had questions that were not easy for me to navigate on the website. Farman is very computer-savvy and was extremely knowledgeable about the products and the delivery/install options. It was a pain-free experience; I am so thankful. As for their competition - two weeks later, I still haven't heard back from two of them after leaving messages and talking to receptionists.

Rabia was amazing throughout the entire process - super quick communication. And she knows her products! The delivery service was outstanding - our delivery was tricky to say the least and they navigated as pros.

I bought an LG washing machine from this company. The delivery and setup went well. No problems. Three months later, the machine is leaking water all over my basement. I would suggest this company cease dealing with ANY LG product, as they are terrible and have the worst customer service I have ever seen.

The order and delivery process was smooth, but I'm concerned about deceptive advertising. The website has a banner on the specific refrigerator I ordered that says "Free Delivery and Setup*". However, I was charged not only for the delivery, but also for "packaging disposal". When I go back to the site to investigate that asterisked footnote, it does say at the very bottom "Same/Next day delivery available to select areas only." Apparently Vancouver Island is not a select area, even though the Langford store is only about 20KM from my house in Victoria. It turns out they also charge for delivery in Langford.

Large inventory and helpful people willing to spend time explaining the differences in the various products. I bought a top loading GE washer and could not be happier with it. Delivery from Vancouver within two days. Highly recommend:)

Good customer service and communication. Good delivery. Good product (LG refrigerator). Only snag was they didn’t warn me they don’t connect the water if I have copper pipes. I do. Fortunately a neighbor came to my rescue.

delivery time and EXCELLENT service on the part of the two young men . they were very efficient, polite,and courtious.

The salesman was informative, not pushy, and help us confirm our decision on a washer/dryer suitable for two seniors.
He arranged for prompt, 2 day delivery and that delivery also went very well with courteous staff and a quick in and out.

I requested a Friday appointment as it is my day off. They couldn't confirm because this is a company in Ontario booking installations in Victoria, BC. I got an email saying my appointment was on Thursday 7am-12pm. I called and asked if I could request the earlier appointments. They said they would request this. No one called me back. No one showed up on Thursday. They said it had been re-booked for Friday. I had taken the morning off. Terrible communication. I called the sales person and asked for a manager to call me about refunding the installation fee and finding a different company to do the installation. No one has called me back.

I was hit with a delivery charge when my contract said I was to get free delivery.
Also, I took out extended warranty and still don't have the paperwork to prove it.

Ben at the Victoria store was very helpful taking the time to answer all of our questions. Delivery was great in a tricky situation. I can't speak more highly about the service we received from Ben and the delivery guys. It was a very good experience.

The Canadian Appliance Store had the dual stove we wanted. The salesman was friendly and helpful in confirming our choice!
