A washer dryer with a happy ending
We went in on late Friday evening, ordered our washer dryer and had it by Monday, nicely installed. What more can I ask for. The salesperson was helpful and polite.

Top notch service
Top notch service. Salesman Nader was very professional. Not only was he able to answer all my question, he also asked important questions to ensure I was buying the right product for my needs and capabilities. I bought the Samsung 6.1 cu ft washer/dryer combo about a week ago. They delivered and installed it the following business day. The machine works wonders and is far superior to the coin laundry we have access to. Would take my business to them again and recommend to others.

No stress hassle free
From walking in the sales room, getting immediate assistance, having a knowledgeable sales person, choosing the right washer and dryer to fit my small condo size space, and having it delivered, installed, and the old ones uninstalled and hauled away was flawless. Poor service. Poor quality. Slow response time.
Easily one of the WORST experiences I've ever had with a company.
[TLDR: Bought new washer/dryer from CAS. It didn't work. CAS refused to replace it or refund it. We were forced to wait more than a month for a repair person to come from manufacturer and fix the new machine.]
Our old machine broke and we needed a replacement quickly, so we purchased a new set that included installation. The delivery team unpacked the units but refused to connect the machine to the drain, even though this simply involved placing the drain hose into a drain about a foot away. They also left without running the machine or performing any kind of test.
After finishing the setup ourselves, we ran a load and the machine immediately started leaking everywhere.
I reported the issue right away and was directed to submit a report online. After multiple back-and-forth emails with technical support, I was told the company would not replace the defective unit and that I needed to contact the manufacturer (GE) to arrange a repair.
So, instead of CAS easily replacing the machine with something else in their inventory, they've moved responsibility to GE.
Update 1: Bought machine March 20. It's now April 7. The repair technician will take 10 days to come to my house. They offered to come fix the machine earlier if I paid them $50 for a "priority" service.
Update 2: It's now April 22nd, a month from when we bought from CAS. And we still don't have a working washer/dryer. We are still waiting for someone to come and fix the brand new machine.

The salesperson was helpful over the phone. The delivery guys handled the delivery well. The only thing I wish was that the kind of models I was looking at were available in the showroom instead of having to choose through an online photo and description.

Great price, great products and service
I did a lot of research before buying a dishwasher, and found Canadian Appliance Source had the best variety and prices. Just got my dishwasher delivered -- was given a three hour delivery window, but the team arrived 15 minutes early, so no waiting around! Big thanks, Anmol! And shout out to Yudish at CAS for his great customer service!

Friendly customer service, not too salesy or pushy. Great delivery and removal service. We didn't have to do anything (including drain the washer). They were very careful when removing and installing our appliances.

Great overall product and service
Great overall product and service. Delivery was a little bit shaky as there was one young fellow tasked to do the job of probably 3 people. Had to do the unboxing and packaging disposal myself despite the white glove service that was included, however not a big issue. Have a few missing parts and the showroom can’t help directly but has contacted the manufacturer for more information and to assist. Still waiting to hear back. But still overall a great experience and I’m happy with what I got from this business.

Terrible
The fridge was delivered with a dented door which CAS is replacing.I also noticed a small dent on freezer door which Ihave yet to deal with them on Then the water line was not hooked up properly resulting in water running under the wood floors which now need to be replaced. CAS sales were good but the delivery team was terrible.

Worst delivery experience
The sales representative, Nader did an excellent job- very professional and knowledgeable.However we have a very poor experience with the delivery time. The scheduled window was 2:30-5:30pm arrive 8pm without properly informing us that they will be late and they kept giving us inaccurate updates about their arrival time.
