Tony helped us find the fridge, range and dishwasher we wanted quickly and arranged the delivery date without any issues to coincide with our renovations.
The delivery guys were great too. Lots of kudos to them dealing with our multi leveled garden. They removed and took away the older appliances.

We had an absolutely horrible…
We had an absolutely horrible experience with this company. We made the purchase of a washer/dryer combo. They offered next day delivery which we thought was great and was appreciated. We informed them we couldn’t be home until mid afternoon and they said they would try . I was informed that they would notify me the night before with four hour window for delivery the next day . If I couldn’t be home during that time they gave me a cancellation phone number. Which I called immediately after receiving the delivery time window because I couldn’t be home. I spent over two and a half hours on hold at which I hung up then sent a email to their customer cancelation address. The next day I received a text saying they were on their way and I was the next delivery. I called later that afternoon to reschedule. I once again informed them I was only available after 1:30 and they informed me that I may not fit into their route schedule. I don’t understand they informed us they delivered until 9 pm . And the couldn’t accommodate out time widow of between 1:30-9:00 if we didn’t fit into their route schedule. We ended up cancelling our purchase and bought from another store which had no problem delivering the next day after 1:30 !!

Extremely pleased!
I am very ill. I needed a fridge in a hurry. I could not go shopping. I made one phone call. Over a period of about 90 minutes and several calls with the same salesman, Mukul, I made a decision. I feel Mukul was patient and helpful and considered my situation. The fridge was delivered in less than 48 hours ! I am very pleased with the service, including the delivery fellows.

Our experience with our washer/dryer purchase
Our experience with the salesperson in-store plus with the delivery/installation crew was very positive. The installer noticed that we had a minor leak at the hot water shutoff and gave us recommendations on how to deal with that.

Great Service Experience!
The tech went above and beyond to get the installation done on the first business day after delivery. After a couple of delays he still made it to our place before 7:00 p.m. and did our removal and installation in under 40 minutes. He was polite and efficent.

Complicated return just experienced
Complicated return just experienced. Even my property manager said the return is Complicated. We showed the photo the cabinet only able to fit 23.75. He said the dishwasher from Frigidaire should fit. Later on technician told me it didnt fit so we have to return it. Item still under review and not picked up and it is been a week already. Even my tenant starts complaining already. Nexttime I might go somewhere else.

Everything went well except for the…
Everything went well except for the installation which was very speedy but the installer forgot to turn on the water at the back of the machine. I spent a day trying to get help from the company to no avail. My son finally came over that night and pulled out the machine and turned the dial at the connection another way and on came the water.

Suraj was great. The fridge that we wanted was in stock, and delivery was organized ASAP. The delivery team were exceptional. living in an older building, the suites aren't designed for moving large appliances, but the delivery team found a way, and were cheerful regardless of the challenges !

Tony was very helpful and knowledgeable there was no pressure and the delivery was scheduled within days. The delivery was on time and they installed everything within minutes and hauled away my old washer all at no charge. I definitely recommend CAS for any new appliance purchase.
