Delivery is terrible
Delivery is terrible. I ordered once and the delivery was 7 hours late I had to cancle several of my business appointments waiting for nothing. So the 2nd time I ordered i rented a truck and did pick up and delivery myself. The products are good products if you had good delivery would be an excellent store.

The salesperson was honest, knowledgeable and pointed us to the machine/s he thought were right for us, and why. Given our age and comfort with new technology, he recommended appliances with less fancy gizmos and more easy access.

Bought washer dryer
Bought washer dryer. When they installed told us vent pipe would not work and they left. I arranged to change vent and called back to schedule in stall and they told me it’s past 72 hours sorry good bye.
I will say good bye and never shop there again and tell everyone my experience. Awful.
I ended up having to hire someone to do it. Cost me another $250. I bought specifically at CA because it was included.
The reply I got back was so sorry you re frustrated. Made it worse! Seriously what has happened to service

Great purchasing experience.
The key to purchasing a large item, such as an appliance, is trusting the information that that the salesperson is telling you. They can't know all the details of every item, so looking up extra information is a good thing. Saying they know 'everything' is not. Khaldoon Al-Warhani read and then told me about minor yet important functions to compare brands, ones I didn't even know were relevant. I'm very happy with the stove top we chose. I cook a lot and this item fulfills my needs.

Precision in language
Precision in language. You should be precise in your disclosure to clients that you will remove an already disconnected appliance, but the installation service will charge additional $'s for the haul away of old appliances (in this case a range). I didn't have this issue with a dishwasher I recently purchased so was unpleasantly surprised by this. Not cool.

The delivery guys were excellent
The delivery guys were excellent. The rest of the organization is only interested in the sale and nothing else. Customer Service system can’t connect with delivery service to give any approximation at anytime. Not a good system if you live in a condo trying to reserve an elevator. I will never buy from here again based on customer service after the purchase is made. They don’t care after you pay.

No complaints about sales person
No complaints about sales person, however despite I have requested delivery only during an afternoon, the evening (7pm) before I was given a delivery date for the morning of the following day. So no time to set things right. The agent responding (after about 30 minutes) to my telcon could only cancel and rebook. Delivery is scheduled extremely inflexible - no space at all (!) for preferences from the buyer. I will no more buy anything at this store.
