The cooktop I purchased is registered under the name of the pickup person.

Lovepreet was the first sales person to come talk to me. He was able to provide me exactly what I wanted and provide a competitive price. I will gladly do business with Lovepreet and CAS again.

The sales person was knowledgeable and efficient. We got the whole thing done in under and hour, including answering al my question.

I was disappointed that they don't do installation, but they did make that clear before I purchased.

On thing they promised that did not happen: they told me that the delivery people would unpack the dishwasher and let me inspect it. But on delivery the delivery people said they do not do that and that I had to accept it - and sign for it - without unwrapping it.

Good service and reasonable price

Canadian Appliance Store has many appliances in stock and delivery can be made same day or next. Most other companies do not stock and the wait for appliances can be months. The website is easy to navigate and if you have questions, an agent is available immediately to help (through chat or a phone call). Akashdeep Verma was polite and helpful. He narrowed down the search for me and supplied quotes. Delivery was on time and updates were regularly given on status. I would definitely buy from Canadian Appliance Service again and recommend to family and friends.

Akash was helpful with the different fridges and gave us the best deal making sure we were satisfied. We received it in a timely manner.

My wife and I were extremely impressed with sales information we received when making our decision , as to what washer and dryer to purchase as a replacement to our 17 year old set (a lot has changed in that amount of time). We were pleased with the price of our LG5500 series as well. Finally the removal of our old set and delivery of the new pair was quick and friendly.

I bought a fridge from the Canadian Appliance Source. During delivery, the logistics company damaged my door post with a big wooden cracking sound. After contacting CAS by email and by phone, CAS was unwilling to compensate or contact their logistics partner LTI Logistics to provide compensation.

I have already contacted LTI Logistics and submitted a claim with picture proof and they declined the claim. CAS does not help their customers with property damage and just says "there's nothing we can do".

Lots of places you can buy appliances, but find one that will help you if something happens on delivery. The LTI Logistics company CAS use literally has HUNDREDS of 1 star reviews on Google.

Think twice before buying from CAS especially regarding delivery concerns because they have not shown to help if something happens on property damage.

We came home from a camping trip to discover our fridge had packed it in. We knew that the fridge was a hard to fit size so we phoned our usual appliance dealer only to be told that, although they had one, they would not sell it to us because it was the floor model. They could order one but delivery would be 6-8 weeks! Their suggestion was to buy an apartment size fridge to get us by until the proper fridge arrived! Buy 2 fridges!! I went online and discovered CAS - they had the fridge we needed and delivery was made a day and a half later! Absolutely fantastic service! And cheaper than our usual appliance dealer for virtually the same fridge! We will go to CAS from now on. Thank you so much!
