I was going to buy 2 appliances from…
I was going to buy 2 appliances from this store but after the horrible way my friend has been treated recently with the purchase she made, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Store has been very dismissive about the problem and directed her to customer service. Customer service really needs to look up what good customer service is. They are seriously lacking in that!

Fast, hassle-free delivery and haul away.
The refrigerator we wanted was only available 5 weeks later, but a similar version was in stock, and delivered within two days. Customer service telephone staff helpfully pointed this out and quickly adjusted our online order. White glove haul away and delivery was excellent and on time. They efficiently removed the fridge doors to allow clearance.

Delivery frustrations
Upon purchase it noted 1-2 days delivery however it took 3 plus weeks for us to receive our refrigerator. I had to call 4 times before someone told me that our order was damaged and that a 2nd unit had to be ordered and delivered to us. No explanation, discount or other solution was ever offered.

After an order is placed, you are prompted to select a preferred procurement date.
Please note that while selecting a date for backordered appliances does not guarantee delivery, we strive to keep all order dates as accurate as possible.

Got the fridge I wanted at a great price and it was delivered the very next day. Have only had it for a few days so will see how it works out. It is very energy efficient and was manufactured in Montreal! Our salesperson, Kenana, was helpful and informed. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Ordered a washer and dryer combo
Ordered a washer and dryer combo. The price was great and the service and knowledge when ordering was fantastic. 2 day delivery and installation. All great. After the installation was done, first time trying the washed created a flood. Back hall flooded, into the vents, flooded down into the basement. Trying to get ahold of someone in a hurry was not possible. When we finally did, they offered someone to come fix it in 2 days, and a form for damages. No same day accountability. Absolutely unacceptable.
