Installers Lacking Skills
i believe that the installers were in a little over their heads. Maybe a strict hook-up is the extent of their skill set. I found another contractor that worked out very well. I do however appreciate Canadian Appliance source for their timely refund of the install fees.

installation did not go smoothly
The model I preferred would not be available for 6 weeks, so I had to purchase a lesser model.
The installers were ill-prepared to do the work. They didn't have a basin or towel to catch spilled water. They also told me I would have to go to Home Depot and buy an adaptor myself to connect the new drain hose to the existing extension hose. They did manage to connect the two using a blowtorch I provided, a clamp and plenty of tape also provided by myself.

Excellent service from Mohammad
I had a great experience working with Mohammad at Canadian Appliance Source. He helped us put together the full appliance package for our new home, including an LG refrigerator, gas range, washer and dryer, along with a Bosch dishwasher. He was knowledgeable, responsive and helped us get competitive pricing while making the entire process straightforward. Everything was delivered around our move-in as planned. Very poor appliances only 2 of 4 Forno appliances work
I purchased :
Forno refrigerator FFRBI 1844-36BLK working so far.
Forno dishwasher FDWBI 8035-BLK has NEVER WORKED.
Forno Range FFSGS6277-36BLK oven DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY
Customer service for these appliances is nonexistent, when you call the number you get an AI assistant that says a representative will call you and they never do.
If your selling appliances that are poor quality and not serviceable should the sales representative not no this ?????
The appliances did not all arrive on time and now I find out they are no good.
