We had the best experience we have ever had purchasing appliances at the Newmarket CAS.
Anthony was professional, knowledgeable and never pressured us.
Jack, our delivery person was excellent too. His experience showed both in removing our old fridge and getting our new one in place despite tight spaces.

Great prices Isaiah who helped us was really good. However when we went back on Sunday one of the store associates had his feet up on the desk and did not care that we the customers were in the store i found that very rude and disrespectful. The delivery was on time and the delivery associates we very careful, fast and very polite.

Salesperson was polite and not pushy
Salesperson was polite and not pushy. Allowed me to read the specs on different models so I could make an informed decision. The delivery was within the the time frame and delivery people were courteous and had no issues with taking my old appliance. They unpacked it on the street except for the bottom and lifted out of the bottom packaging but failed to take the packaging with so I had to break it down and dispose of it. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.

This company is a joke.
I bought an appliance in-store, and ever since then the process has been awful. The initial delivery + installation came and the product was damaged. All good, this stuff happens. The solution was $110 refund and an new delivery date 3 days later. That second delivery date came, and they delivered a product with no installation or haul-away. Just dropped it off in my garage. After many frustrating calls with customer service I installed the unit myself and they gave me another small refund. I'm still waiting on the initial refund...
The disconnect between sales, before home delivery service, and after home delivery service creates an awful customer experience, and for that reason I'd advise absolutely nobody to order anything from this company.

Good sales service in the shop. Lots of selection of well known brands. Reasonable prices.
Ease with which we were able to schedule the free delivery (and take away of old appliances.)
They delivered when they said they would and they were easy to connect with to plan this delivery. This was very important to us as we were not shipping to our primary residence and the delivery was about a month after the purchase.

The Manager Anthony assisted us with our purchase. He is very knowledgeable and we trusted him to guide us in purchasing the stove that met our needs. We are enjoying our brand new LG stove and we are so grateful for his assistance. He is a very valuable asset to the company and should be commended on his excellent customer service skills and knowledge of all the products.
